The New Layouts Timeline

This is our newest timeline, and unlike other timelines which make it look like you've entered the Matrix or something, ours just makes it easy to edit videos.

All you have to do is highlight part of your video, and then you can pick the layout that you wanna use.

You can use fun layouts like this one, classic layouts like this one, or you can use layouts which let you upload or generate additional media One of the neat things about the new timeline is that you can make multiple edits at the same time.

Just hold Shift and then highlight an additional part of your video.

You'll see a live preview of what you're highlighting on the canvas so that you know exactly what you're going to edit.

Then, when you have multiple parts highlighted on the timeline, you can just pick the layout that you wanna use for all of them in one go.

If you wanna make wholesale changes to existing layouts, Command + Click to select more than one.

The other nice thing about the new timeline is that now you can see your transcript below the waveform so that you can sync up your edits with what you're saying.

You can also just click on something you've said and edit your video that way.
