Introducing Thank Yous: Delight your customers 🎁

It's official.

We've just launched thank Yous, Senja's newest feature, allowing you to delight your customers at scale.

You can do this by sending them personalized videos, attaching a little gift or coupon code for them, or just telling them how important they are for you and how much you appreciate them.

Let me show you how it works.

If you go to your Sanjo account, you'll be able to locate the thank Yous feature on the left side of your screen under Share by clicking on Thank Yous.

This is the next thing that you will be able to see.

And if you're not sure where to start and who to thank first, don't worry about it.

We already thought it through.

if you click on Not Thanked, you'll be able to see all of the amazing people that have left you a testimonial that definitely deserve a little bit of love.

So maybe you can start there.

However, if you decide to connect your Stripe account to your Senja account, you'll be able to see all of the amazing people that have decided to purchase the product, subscribe to your services upgrade, their plans and similar and they will all be located here.

From here you'll be able to then choose who would you like to thank.

Now let's thank someone.

And I'm going to choose Nick.

Okay?

So if I click here, it's going to open a new window.

And here is where the magic happens.

Here you get to decide whether you would like to attach a coupon to show your gratitude.

Maybe a custom gift that you would like to give them, or a coupon discount, right.

For the next purchase, their next subscription, whatever it is.

And at the same time, you can also make it more personal by attaching a photo of the two of you together, if you have it.

Maybe you met them at an event.

Maybe you kind of upload a video that you already created that you're going to always use when addressing people who have just subscribed or purchased something.

Or if you want to make it even more personal, and I do this on the daily, you'd have clicked on record a video, and then you would have said, hi, Nick, thank you so much for subscribing to Senja.

And then you would have sent that.

I'm going to do just that.

I'll be back in two seconds.

Okay, here we go.

This took about 45 seconds.

I recorded about 20 second video thanking him and letting him know that we're here if he needs anything.

I've dressed him with his first name.

Hi, Nick, Ana here.

Then I have changed a little bit.

Just adapted the template that we already have and now I'm ready to send.

I have my photo there, I have the logo there.

This is a very personal way for me to just say, hey, thank you so much for choosing Senja.

And that's exactly what we are going to do.

So now I'm just going to send this.

Thank you.

I'm not adding currently any gift or coupon, but if I wanted to, that is always an option.

I'm going to click on send.

Thank you.

And that's it.

That's how easy it is for you to show that you really appreciate them choosing you, choosing your products or your services and being human first in your marketing approach.

If you do want to thank someone who hasn't gotten a subscription, hasn't upgraded or purchased your product, but you maybe met them at an event, you met them through a friend, they've given you an amazing advice and you want to make it very clear that you really appreciate their time and you want to send them a thank you.

That is also possible.

You can send this to absolutely anyone.

If you go to thank yous at the top right corner, you can just click on Thank a customer, enter the email address here, and do the same thing again.

And last but not least is an option for your customers to react to your Thank yous.

If you haven't already noticed, at the bottom of the thank yous that you send, there will be an option for them to react in a form of an emoji.

And once they click on this, they can also leave a little note telling you how did this make them feel?

After which it will all be shown right here in your thank yous as a little carousel preview.

And you'll be able to and get even more motivation to be human first in your marketing and tell people how amazing they are and how much you appreciate them.

On top of a carousel, with all of the reactions that you've gotten back from your customers, you will be able to see this little feature here, which is essentially just log of all the thank yous that are sent from your team.

So you get to see who has sent the most thank yous weekly, daily, and sometimes.

Well, most of the times it's me because I'm the one who yaps the most when it comes to our team.

But it changes.

It really depends.

But we're all very motivated to thank our customers because we're so grateful and we, absolutely love doing it as well.

It's super easy.

It takes just one minute and it makes such a big difference.

We thank our partners, our customers, our affiliates.

We thank absolutely anyone who we meet, as I said on events.

that you can do the same.

It is very easy and it does make a difference.

So head to your Senja account now.

Go send a thank you to someone that you know is absolutely amazing, Thank a new customer, thank someone who's left you a testimonial and let us know how you like it.
