Plumbing Client Lead Gen System Walkthrough 🛠️

So I'm gonna show you the whole system we are creating for our current client.

So client is based in Australia, Brisbane mostly and the niche is plumbing.

So it has it covers the whole niche of plumbing overall like filtration and water filtration and leak management and etc.

But so right now client has.

Let me show you the basic dashboard.

Let me refresh it.

So we have created a basic dashboard for them.

You see.

Now now coming to the funnels.

So client on client demand we have distributed to finals based on their sub niches of plumbing.

So right now if I come to here.

So this is one funnel.

Okay it also it has a form for submission.

I will show you its user journey inside the GHL account and then we have the main site and then we also have this and this works in the water filtration niche and it also has a form.

It also had number tracking.

I will show you the workflow for it.

we also running meta ads.

So I will show you meta leads routing workflows there.

Okay so so we will start from this funnel.

Okay so user will come and submit this form and let's come here to automation.

And then we will go to pure water automations and then we have external lead automation and you can see we have used external tracking for form submission.

Then we have a condition if see for for empty objects, empty NP contacts.

So many times form is submitted like it it triggers empty.

So we are checking if phone number is empty.

So on that basis we can understand that your contact is empty.

So we will wait and we will update the contact source to organic or organic and then we will add relevant tags and we also add the object into contact into we'll create opportunity in the pipeline.

Then we will check if for most of the time we are testing it.

So we write test and in the name.

So we will check if a name has test.

If it's test then it will not notify.

Otherwise it will notify to the client with proper details and then it will notify the contact itself.

So this one is for the external form, this one is called meta lead routing.

So in this all things will be same.

So we are checking for the Facebook page and we have selected the form and obviously we have map all the all the fields in the meta instant form with the GHL custom fields only Thing which will be changed will be the contact source, that will be metaform and other things will be same.

So we have automation for here for incoming call and for external form and we are adding we are managing it in Google Ads.

You see it also help in swapping the number.

They use sub domains for differentiating between sometimes areas, sometimes in some niches of plumbing.
