If you're a content coach, content agency, or a LinkedIn content creator, getting good engagement and at least 10k per month, you're probably at the point where your content is dialed in.
00:10
You're getting likes and comments followers every single day as you build your audience the honest way and you bringing people amazing results.
00:19
The part that's missing is the kind that are reflecting the effort that you're putting in.
00:23
It's you're trying to hack the algorithm to get more impressions, drive more inbound, just to let your next clients that already on your profile slip by it and work with your competition.
00:34
This mismatch is exactly what this video is going to be about.
00:37
You've also probably tried to fix it.
00:39
You posted more drive more likes comments, but the calendar stayed empty.
00:44
So you decided to buy this DM course from a random LinkedIn guru promising you the word.
00:49
Then you never opened it again because it actually includes 20 hours of the videos you don't have the time to watch through.
00:55
So you hired a setter of the upwork, or you plugged in the automation tool, tried it for a month or two stop doing it, and then wake up to an inbox full of pitch slaps that you would be embarrassed to send to your prospects.
01:07
The last one being pretty expensive.
01:09
You didn't only pitch slap your audience the way you would be embarrassed to, but you also lost the prospects ideal potential clients that you could have turned into clients.
01:19
And your competition is already working with them.
01:22
So here's the promise of this video I'm gonna walk you step by step exactly how you can book up to five or more qualified sales calls through LinkedIn DMs every single week from the attention that you already have.
01:36
And this is the exact same way Aaron went from 14k per month to 41k per month in a span of eight weeks by just tweaking his messaging.
01:45
So you're not going to have to buy any DM course ever again, and you can get straight into it.
01:50
I'm going to cover three main things.
01:52
First of all, why your content isn't a problem and why your DMS are actually the leak.
01:57
The full likes to client process, start to finish.
02:00
The same one that Aaron used to drive thousands of dollars every single month through his DMs.
02:07
And at the end I'm going to show you what I built.
02:09
So if you would like it installed for you, we can chat about it.
02:13
If not, you can just go ahead and execute it yourself.
02:16
So before we get into it, who is this really for?
02:19
Because if you don't have the validated offer and you can't bring your clients real results, this isn't probably for you.
02:25
If you're not posting content and your account is just starting out on LinkedIn, this isn't probably for you neither.
02:31
Or if you're looking for a miracle and overnight success with an automation tool plugged into your DMs, you can just close this tab.
02:39
On the flip side, if you're a content creator that's been in the game for a little while and you feel like your marketing is dialed and you need more conversion to happen, you have a validated offer, you know how to bring results to your clients, and your engagement varies, but it's fairly stable, this is definitely for you.
02:56
First of all, it's the only medium and the channel on LinkedIn that your attention is already paid for.
03:03
And what I mean by that if you run ads, you have to pay LinkedIn for running them.
03:07
If you post more content, you have to pay for the inbound and the algorithm to show up your content to the right people and then to click the buttons that you want them to click.
03:16
Unless you actually Open up the LinkedIn inbox, you message people that are already engaged with your content, and they want to engage with you, possibly buy from you, because they need your help.
03:27
and you can do it for free.
03:28
You're already sourcing those leads.
03:30
You're already having this attention.
03:32
So it's literally about messaging them and converting them from there.
03:37
This is what I call the likes to clients method.
03:39
And it's also something that Most founders on LinkedIn these days actually miss.
03:44
They source bazillion of likes and they never turn it into clients.
03:48
And this is what the likes to clients method is exactly about.
03:52
As I promised a fancy graph about my likes to client method.
03:56
So it all starts with messaging pillar where you actually know who to message, how to message them, how to follow up, and how to not feel salesy or spammy doing this.
04:04
So people actually like ask about the calls with you, not the other way around and they come to the call almost ready to buy from you.
04:12
So that's what it really is about.
04:14
So second pillar is about matching you with the right operator that's going to execute this process for you in your voice so you're not embarrassed sending any messages because you know what would you say and what not would you say to your prospects.
04:28
And they actually do it for you because they care for your business, they're invested and they want to work with you.
04:33
And the other way around, fat filler is all about mastering the process from there, optimizing based on the metrics, really looking to dial in what's left to dial in in order for you to make more money, book more meetings and everybody's going to be happy.
04:48
So that's the likes to client method that you can be implementing about.
04:52
So if you already know your inbox is a leak, check out the link in the description book an audit with me and you're going to essentially get to know where to focus first, how likes to client method maps out exactly for your inbox.
05:05
And worst case, you leave with the plan ready to execute.
05:09
Best case, we can work together on installing it in your existing inbox.
05:14
So the real problem isn't that dms don't work or you're going to be spammy sending them.
05:19
The real problem is that how people actually execute it.
05:23
So you open up the LinkedIn box, you grab the top three people that answered to you or messaged you out of 30, or more, you answer them.
05:33
Maybe you pitch a call idea, maybe you don't know what to say.
05:38
You send the messages.
05:39
That was hard.
05:40
So you close the tab, you never open it again, you feel bad, and you maybe repeat it tomorrow.
05:47
This way you're losing most of the attention And to be fair with you, like it's nothing to blame at yourself, you're trying to tackle the thing that have a lot of moving pieces like who to message, what to message them, when to follow up, what exactly to say, what order of priority to get, and how to possibly propose a call that is qualified but doesn't feel salesy to do it.
06:11
That's the most.
06:12
That's the thing that most people honestly miss and never figure out once they're on LinkedIn and they just simply pray for prospects to click the link and take the next step.
06:23
So before we get into the core, let me just address why you should really listen to me.
06:28
So, for the past 12 months, I sat in one founder's inbox, a seven figure business owner.
06:34
And I've sat there full time every single day, sourcing multiple six figures through my fingers and LinkedIn DMs and booking over 220 qualified meetings by myself.
06:46
Since then, I also help people like Aaron, to monetize the inboxes properly.
06:50
So he went from 14k all the way to 41k.
06:53
People like Scott who've been reliant on the algorithm.
06:56
And once we change the things and actually install the proper DM system, he's now doing 30k consistently, and 10 other people that I've been working with and helping on DM side of things.
07:08
And those are probably good creators that you know.
07:10
So I'm not another DM guru that's selling, you know, courses about DMs and selling them over DMs so you can do it after me.
07:18
I'm just a guy that's going to be in your corner and help you figure it out if you're willing to put in some work.
07:25
So as I promised, here's a six step process that you can follow to book your next prospect on the calendar and turn him into a potential client of yours.
07:34
So first of all is something that I call the warm list.
07:38
You have to know who to message and with what order.
07:40
And we usually want to start with people that are already there.
07:43
So if you have an inbox full of messages, start there.
07:46
If you don't have full like inbox floating with messages just yet, take your engagement, go for it.
07:52
Check the icp.
07:54
Make a list like this.
07:55
It's gonna make it super easy for you.
07:57
I use a tool called Jungler.
07:58
It's pretty cool.
07:59
If you want to check it out, just do it.
08:02
Then what you really want to do is like open all of those conversations in your voice, like say something that you can only do it and make it super personalized and relevant for the person that you're reaching out to so they actually care.
08:14
Then what you want to do is the first step is a conversation before qualification.
08:19
So people skip this part and they wonder why they're not getting enough replies.
08:24
And I always like to say LinkedIn is the biggest B2B networking event.
08:29
So if you're approaching a stranger and you're simply trying to qualify him right off the bat, or pitch him, I wonder that's the answer why it doesn't work.
08:38
So you go ahead, build some rapport, then what you really want to do is qualify with the permission to do it.
08:45
So most people skip that permission.
08:47
I like to ask for it.
08:48
Just go ahead, ask if you're going to ask a couple of questions to see if that might be the fit.
08:52
If it might be, you may book a call.
08:54
If it not point them in the right direction.
08:56
As simple as that.
08:58
If it is a fit, book with two options.
09:00
So propose at least two times to a prospect so they can choose and make it relevant for them.
09:05
And don't forget to follow up.
09:07
The follow ups is where money is really made these days.
09:11
And as I like to keep the things simple, I follow up three times to start with first one being 24 hours after initial message, second one 48 hours after the first one, and 72 hours after the second follow up.
09:24
And don't really treat it as bumping this up.
09:26
Those follow ups are gone.
09:28
2022 is gone as well.
09:30
Just treat it as a value sequence.
09:32
Like generally add value to your prospects worth and you can observe replies like this.
09:36
Then if that feels a little bit overwhelming.
09:39
The good news is the whole thing collapses into really like four core metrics that you want to be tracking every single day.
09:46
Reply rate, book rate, sharp rate, and close rate.
09:49
And that really rules like where you should focus next in order to improve your whole process so you can actually make it into a stable client engine that works for you.
10:01
And at some point without you.
10:03
to be fair with you, most of the people I actually speak with never track those metrics.
10:07
So by you actually tracking those, you're going to automatically stand out and actually have an idea where your process might be leaking and where to fix it next, have a look what to optimize and really just hone in on that.
10:20
That's going to bring you probably more clients than the inbound did last month alone anyway.
10:26
So now you have two options, You either go and do it on your own or you have a person like me in your corner helping it to figure it out with you and install the whole system with you so it eventually runs without you.
10:38
As we put like a skilled salesperson in the seat.
10:41
And this is exactly what we did with our own.
10:43
He already had two individuals skilled in seats.
10:46
We upskilled them and we went from 14k all the way to 41k month.
10:52
So he had to turn off the ads because they had so much clients to handle and we retained two skilled individuals rather than replacing them, as easy as that.
11:03
So if you're one of them and you already know your inbox is leaking, check out the link below to my LinkedIn inbox audit where I'm going to walk you through step by step, how to fix your inbox and how to sign your next clients from the engagers that you already have and how the likes to clients method would work on your account specifically.
11:22
Worst case, you come, we analyze and you just go with the map, ready to execute it by yourself.
11:28
So there's really not big downside to it.
11:31
Check the link below and see you in the next one.
11:34
Ciao.
