In this video I'm going to run you through our new changes in the Work Explorer functionality of Fluency.

So what we've done is we can now see all the levels of process abstractions that occur within your business.

So this is looking at the highest level being a category all the way down to a task.

Another way to put this is fluency can identify the whole value stream that occurs within the business or the function that you have it deployed to, all the way down to particular tasks or workflows that make up this whole value stream itself.

And giving you visibility across those layers is what's been implemented in the product right now.

So if I jump into Work Explorer as I've done, I'll go through a category of value stream.

I'm emulating a bank or a financial services customer.

This is fake data.

What it would look like is it would show something like what are the different value streams of the business.

You have payments and transaction services, lending within lending.

You have what we call process groups.

So if I jump into something like retail, mortgage and consumer loan origination, which is a process group here, we can see that there are a wide variety of processes taking place.

I might jump into something that's related to verification.

Awesome.

And it shows a map of exactly what's taking place within verification as part of this higher order process group and of course part of this category itself.

So we're going deeper into more granularity from abstraction here.

Now if I jump into a specific process, maybe something with auto loan origination, dealer funding, I can click into that one takes me to the particular process.

So this process is all about managing the end to end intake, underwriting, decisioning and dealer funding disbursement for the indirect auto loan in this case.

And we see information like the category it belongs to, the activities that it has within it, which I'll jump into later the execution.

So the amount of runs, the users, all that semantic information is still there in terms of how this is occurring now I might want to dive deeper.

Maybe I'm interested in the dealer application intake and registration.

I can click into that one.

activity is a map that shows what parts or tasks are taking place within this activity and exactly how it flows from start to end.

We can also see really important information like what types of applications this touches, touches Salesforce, loansphere, ServiceNow.

This is how it moves across those systems and you have a description and more information around the time it takes, the people that are involved, the software that it touches, etc.

if you're a level deeper.

So this is the most granular as you move from activity to operating procedure.

This is the final piece which is the step by step of exactly how it was executed and how it looks like as well.

So you can dig all the way down to the step by step or zoom out as you need into the process.

You can go to the process group and you can arrive at the category as well.

So this is the way for you to look at the business at the level that you want, whether it's your value stream or it's a specific task, or it's a step by step flow itself of how that's moving itself.
