Resources Hub Proposal & Partnership Options 🚀

It was great to connect with you last week and I'm just getting this up to you and follow up in terms of the resources hub, and potential scope that Josh addressed in our email thread.

by the way I went into webflow and I just quickly updated some of these things that you mentioned on our call.

like the text sizes, the brands translated and the capitalization on the spelling here.

that just needs to be republished.

So Josh will just have to go in here and hit publish.

I want to make sure that he saw that before it went live.

but yeah, so I've gone on and I've scoped what this would look like and I have two options for moving forward.

One as I said last time is the one off project build for this and that's going to be priced at 1200 because about a day and a half of the work and our day rate is 800.

The work would include going in and building two new CMS collections.

or one for case studies and one for guides and then creating the conditional display so that on every case study if there's an associated resource, basically what we've done for this client really display those outcomes, then that's what we would build.

So if you go into the CMS here we would have same workflow as with blogs.

Every time we have a new case study that information will input here then we're populate a new page on the website.

We can set display fields to tie each case study back to an industry and each guide back to an industry.

And that way on those page relevant resources and case studies and guides will appear on all three.

So it's really good for interlinking and I think it's a good next step that Josh recommended.

And yeah I've gone in and scoped that out here I've created this doc for you here to review with The one thing I did want to extend to you based based on our last conversation I have such a strong conviction that moving forward with this partnership is going to convert at least one lead for you guys.

and that includes the full sales cycle.

So someone hearing about you guys for the first time, coming to the website via the efforts that we can put in then then becoming a paid client of your guys, especially at the rates that you guys charge.

We had initially set to revisit this discussion in November, but I think we have such an awesome opportunity opportunity.

And Queen next steps in terms of building out that phase two, roadmap all of those direct service pages, the competitor pages.

I really see strong momentum.

and looking at the data that I showed you last time, the numbers are trending up in terms of people that are finding us us through organic search, AI tools, and landing on that contact page.

As I said last time, it will include this resources scope build.

So this won't apply.

We'll do the webflow hosting rebate.

It's normally 3,000 per month, but on a quarterly engagement like this, the discounted rate and also the no risk guarantee, the way that works is if we get to the end of this three months and it hasn't converted a lead or you don't deem it a good investment, I refund your initial investment entirely.

we just have an honest conversation.

Shake hands of it have and you bear no risk whatsoever.

And that puts me in a vulnerable position.

But I have such a strong conviction that this is going to work that I'm willing to commit to it.

Then by the time November rolls around, we had initially slated to renew this discussion.

It'll be a natural conversation and we can continue from there.

That's about three months down the line.

Within this as well, we deploy all of our resources.

So direct visitor id, A, B, testing tools And throw the kitchen sink at, tracking every lead that comes to the site and getting it to that conversion event.

It also includes everything we talked about earlier.

Priority support, small updates, made over email, And diligent reporting on the progress of all of these new pages and efforts.
