Magic Post: Complete Platform Overview 🚀

Welcome to Magic Post.

I'm going to be giving you a brief overview of all the features that you are able to utilize now that you have started your account.

All right, so the first thing that I would recommend you do is go down to the lower corner here where you have this settings mode.

This is where you're going to have a summary audience and offer.

I recommend filling this out just to help the AI understand a little bit more about who you are and who you should be talking to.

Obviously, when you connect your LinkedIn to Magic Post, Magic Post will take into account your tone of voice, your style of writing, an entire history of your LinkedIn page.

But this just helps to understand a little bit better about who you are as a person.

When you click on the pencil here, you can either write this out manually or you can Click detect from LinkedIn data.

Once this is done, you are all set to start writing posts.

Going to the generators.

First off here we have four different post types.

With each post type there is a different post category.

This just helps in the formulation and kind of figures out the phrasing for each post because each post has a different outcome and goal with it.

Once you have the post type and category, you have the three different ways to generate a post.

Via topic, via URL and via file.

Of course, we have a few different settings that you're able to utilize as well.

The tone of voice, emojis, expressions I versus we, and the languages.

We are of course adaptable to many different languages here.

And by going to the advanced options, you also have a few different things that you can toggle on or off.

One such thing is the specific instructions.

This is where you can enable or disable specific things as you see fit.

a workflow that I like to work with is by starting off first with the idea section.

So I'll kind of show you what this looks like.

So when you're generating an idea, you have a few different ways to do so.

By topic, by file, by URL, Persona, or your past posts.

So what's really cool about this is that if you go to past posts, you can kind of see what posts have blown up, what posted really good.

And of course then, generate ideas based off of those.

Within a couple seconds here we're going to have six pretty full fledged ideas that you can then utilize.

If there's one that you want to develop out a little bit more, you can click on this little sparkle here.

If there's an idea that you think is really cool, but you don't quite want to use it just yet.

Go ahead and click this little pin idea and it's going to go right here into this library of pinned tabs.

Of course you can also write down your own ideas just to make sure that you never forget anything and you never run out of ideas.

If this one looks good to you, what you can do is click use this idea and it will bring us right back to the generator where it goes into the topic.

Click Generate Post.

Once your post has been generated, you are able to do a few different things.

You of course can edit right from here, changing certain line by line, changing the entirety as a whole, adding in your own media, even supported by polls.

Once everything looks good, you're going to go ahead and schedule this post.

You can do this for as far out in advance as you would like.

down to the minute.

You have a few different recommended times for you.

You can also schedule your first comment.

This just helps with boosting engagement.

And of course, as we know on LinkedIn, engaging is the other part of posting.

If everything looks good, you're going to click schedule post or of course you can publish the post immediately.

If we do schedule post, you will get this little green confirmation here in the corner.

then have you go to the calendar section where you can kind of see all of your posts that are pending.

you can move and drag and drop through our calendar, which makes everything really nice and easy.

By clicking on a day, you can also insert an idea just if that way there's a certain day that you want to make sure that you're posting for.

No worries, you can do so also have this nice approval button here which allows you to go back and make sure that the post looks good before it goes live.

The other section I'm going to show you is the inspirations feature.

This is really cool.

If you want to search up by keyword or key person to see what's trending, that allows you to engage right from Magic post.

you can filter search on certain profiles, add to an engagement list.

There's tons that you were able to do with this section here in the post feature here.

This is where you have a nice overview of everything that you've written, whether that's in draft form, scheduled or published.

Of course your metrics is going to be a great spot where you're able to see all of your information in one spot Here can see what your best posts have been.

You can see the post format, best time for posting and your main themes.

You can also then see all of your posts, throughout your entire LinkedIn history based on the bangers, good flops, etc.

You also have of course then your filters and you can search by keyword here.

If you click onto a post that did really good.

What's really nice with this is that you have a nice detailed information on how it performed.

By going to audience here you have again very in depth information about who is really visiting your profile, what cities they're from, the verticals, the industries fields, archetypes, company size and even follower distribution.

Next, the benchmark allows you to kind of track and show how you've been performing, how your account has been doing even this nice impressions over time here all of this information is of course able to be downloaded as a white labeled report.

you are able to include the audience and the benchmarks now to your exported status here.

And like I said, downloadable as a JPEG PDF and png.

Of course you are also able to change the time frame that you are seeing this data for.

So you're able to kind of customize this here.

you can also customize what impression that you were looking at.

The other great thing with Magic Post is that you can also engage directly through here.

Because Magic post is through LinkedIn's official API operator.

There is no risk to you when you connect your LinkedIn which makes it really handy and easy to then engage and engage intentionally through Magic Post.

here we have our engagement feature.

You are able to add as many lists as you would like.

Whether this is, you know, influencers, lead generation, team, competitors, even if you want to keep up with what other people are talking about.

this allows you to engage daily and very intentionally.

You can set your objectives for how much you want to be engaging with per day.

here you can just either easily like and comment.

Comments are Even supported by GIFs.

When you want to add someone to a list, all you do is manage list and you're going to search in and add these profiles manually.

Once you do so this shows their latest post that you can engage with.

For the engagement section you can have as many lists as you would like, but only up to 50 people per list.

So what I recommend doing is kind of adding these in incremental sections, because if you try and add all 50 at once, it might take a little bit of time.
