NEW Magic Post Team Plan Overview 🚀

Welcome to Magic Post's team plan.

In this video I'm going to give you the overview of your dashboard, including how to add members, how to manage groups, validation, the calendar, and also getting the metrics for your team.

So starting off with, we have here your dashboard.

You have your team name here.

This is where you're going to see all of the active members.

You can even create groups.

Whether this is, different teams by who is internal versus external, etc.

It's up to you to kind of decide these groups.

When you're looking to add a team member to your account, you're just going to click on the add a member.

There's two different ways to do this.

There's the invitation and the quick ad.

The invitation is if you want someone within your team to have access to their entire and their own personal Magic Post account.

so this could be your sales team members that will be posting for their own accounts or you could do quick ad.

So this could be for higher ups, those that maybe don't have enough time to post.

So your marketing team or someone else will be posting on their behalf.

So for this one you're just going to put in their name here.

let's say like the CEO, for example, click Add User here.

You'll see that they get added to the, to your list of team members.

But there's no LinkedIn connected quite yet.

So what you're going to do is you're going to go to these three dots and you're going to click this link to connect to LinkedIn and send this directly to them.

This allows them to connect their LinkedIn to Magic Post on their own time without you ever having to see their credentials.

If you want to add a team member via invitation, you're just going to type in their email right here and they will get an email asking them to create an account.

You will get notified once this is done and they will appear here in your team dashboard.

Now we have a few different, roles within your team dashboard here we have the owner, we have admins, and the approval mode that is set to on an admin just means that it is someone within your team.

So let's say the marketing team for example, that is able to go in between and generate posts for all of the people within your company.

Then we have the approval process.

So this is going to be for people that are not posting themselves, but someone else is generating content, for example, the CEO, and they just want to be able to have that approval before posts go live for them.

So here we have this manage the shared calendar button here and I will show you exactly what it looks like from an internal and external side of things.

so from your side as the marketing team, this will kind of be what an email looks like if your CEO, again, sticking with that example, approves a post or makes a comment on a post.

And from their end, the CEO's end, this is an email that they will receive, kind of just showcasing, hey, they have a post waiting for approval.

Or if your team has kind of replied to one of your comments, they will get a notification as well.

All right, going to the guidelines section here.

This is where you are able to create your company's brand guidelines to make sure that magic post.

When you're creating posts through here, there is a consistency of fluidity and that brand voice that stays consistent throughout.

you're able to add in whatever kind of brand guideline you have.

And this can be toggled on and off for certain members or even just specific groups if you need.

So this is great for sales team versus marketing team versus hr.

Next in the activity section, this is where you are going to be able to get a nice overview of all the posts going out, for the next week, for the next seven days, two, weeks, et cetera.

You also have an average of who's active, the number of posts that are being created, et cetera.

If we go to the calendar view here, this is where you're going to get a nice overview of to know who is posting and when.

If you click into post, for example, you can kind of see a little snapshot of the performance of how that post is done.

and the other great thing that you can now do in this calendar for your team is if you click on a day, you are able to schedule a post on behalf of someone else or even just suggest an idea to certain team members or to an entire group of people within your organization.

So, for example, the marketing team, if there is a new product launch that's going out, and you want to ensure that they are all up to date and they are all generating a post about this, you are able to type that in here, set the date, you can kind of change this to Whenever and suggest that idea.

You will now see that this is in here.

You do have to tell your team members at the moment about this idea just so they can go in and check it on their own.

the other thing you can do is you can schedule a post on behalf of someone else.

So you'll select what team member or again a group.

So example, the sales team.

If there is an announcement that all the sales members need to be aware of, this is a great way to do so.

and you are able to kind of generate that post, get it scheduled and it can be approved by them later on.

The other thing that you can do through this section here is download reports.

So you can download either an individual report here, for example, where you're able to download individual members.

You can also include the audience and the benchmark.

This is of course white labeled.

You can change the color to make it a little more personalized and then download this as a jpeg, PNG or PDF.

You can also now download this as a multi member report.

So this could be by certain group or for your entire company as a whole.

This allows you to get a pretty nice overview of how your company's been doing, how each team has been doing, etc.

And again this is white labeled.

You can change the color and download as a PDF, JPEG or png.

All right, so that is the broad overview of the magic post team plan.
