And basically we tried and we invested more than six figures the past two, three years trying to find a way on a constant flow of leads and a constant flow of sales qualifying leads, not just leads.

And when we met, with you guys, you seemed pretty confident, and that's why we moved on.

Okay, we're going to go full in E Commerce like previously you work with other vertical as well, some part of E Commerce.

in the past our company was focused more on the service provision rather than the solution and doing all of the onboarding operations with you guys because you have a pretty good pipeline on how to do that.

It opened our eyes in terms of the problem solution approach and then we fully understood what was the solution that we were offering to our clients.

And we have thought and we repositioned our company because of that since we already knew that E Commerce were the target audience.

But unfortunately in the past because we didn't have a constant flow of E commerce companies, we used to sell our services to a lot of industries.

So now we have a constant flow of E Commerce.

We are feeling confident on doing the repositioning.

basically this is the approach now because we always wanted to do the repositioning because we know that E Commerce clients have a higher LTD lifetime value in our company.

Basically we were hiring agencies and people and we were expecting for them to solve our problem.

But the thing wasn't actually hiring someone to solve the problem.

It was hiring someone that they were knowledgeable enough on their field in order to open our eyes in the management.

So we were hiring people that they couldn't do that.

and when we spoke to you, I think it was the timing as well.

we understood our clear offering that we had with a 30 day free trial, which is a huge offer, that we can offer to our potential clients.

And based on the back and forth that we had, it came to us and it was really, really clear on how we move forward from now on.

So you said you tried hiring somebody and a lot of agencies think they're gonna nail outbound just by building the team, hiring somebody.

but there's also been a lot of evolvement right from your side.

You, guys have been very quick to taking feedback to improve the sales process, to hop on just as many calls as possible, and overall grow.

So like now, now that we have basically proven that.

What I guess is your end goal, either in terms of new clients or, recurring revenue that you want to hit without, those.

In my mind, I don't know if this is on the record or off the record, but, in my mind it's not about setting some goals in terms of profitability or revenue.

It's basically identifying a system that can generate constant leads and constant sales qualifying leads.

But my dream and my vision and our vision as a company is to set this as a systematic, consistent, consistent with generating SQLs.

so it's not a matter of setting a revenue goal, it's a matter of how successfully as a team, us.

and you are setting this as a system of generating consistently sales qualifying leads.

And as far as I have seen until now, I told before, we have successfully did that.
