Inside My E-commerce Course: Building Real Brands 🚀

All right, so I'm currently in Spain locking in and I wanted to rip a quick video to show everyone what's actually inside of the best econ course on the planet, which I have labeled it here in this first video, which is basically the introduction video which shows who I am.

like my story, how I got into ecom, how long I've been doing it, some success stories, some failures, and just giving you background, like more background I've ever shared before about who I am and why you should listen to me.

It's a 40 minute long video.

You probably wouldn't have to watch this, but people have watched it and, and they like it.

Like it's got proof verification and it explains why I'm selling a course and all this kind of stuff.

I probably will one day make that public video and that's.

I sort of designed it with that in mind so I could definitely like I could, I could make that public for sure.

But obviously you're not paying for lesson one.

Like it's just an introduction and then going through, I start talking more about the reality of building a brand in 2026 and onwards.

Talking about how subscription brands have been the, the meta and have been what I've been focusing on for the last two, three years and why it's so important to be building a subscription brand or at least a brand with subscriptions integrated in, in this year in 2026.

And we're also talking about AI and all that fun stuff like module one.

It's an introductory module, but module two is where everything gets interesting.

it's talking about avatars, markets, desires, like all that fun stuff which is incredibly important.

a lot of people, as soon as they finish like this first lesson here, it's 40 minutes long.

As soon as they finish this lesson, they're messaging me saying, bro, this is gold.

And I might show you, people messaging me that straight after.

So, so you know, I'm not capping, but it's like it's a, it's deep, it's very good.

Then we talk more about avatars, but it's so important and how you can, how you can win the meta auction by finding ultra specific people, you're targeting mechanisms, all that kind of stuff.

yeah, it's like the fundamentals, the basics of, of building a solid brand.

And then as the, as the course goes on it starts getting a lot more saucy talking about when to buy stock.

So a lot of people who bought this, who bought this course, they I realize that they even fall into two categories at the moment.

So the first category they fall into is an agency owner, for example, who has built a very successful agency but wants to own their own brand.

And the second category is like a lot of people, not in an insulting way, but you get like a lot of people who just stumbled upon millions through drop shipping, ripping products, ripping creatives.

And they dropped join the program with the intention to build like a real brand so that they can exit one day, which is something I've obviously done multiple times.

So yeah, this one's all about supply chain and understanding when to buy stock and all that kind of stuff.

I gotta be careful about what I'm actually, I'm actually showing in this video.

And then it's also talking about further on in this lesson, how to build a subscription offer.

how to build an offer, whether it's monthly or bi, monthly, once every three months.

It's like the first three modules are very much the foundations.

And it's not basic foundations, like it's high level foundations.

One of my friends who has been in ecom for pretty much as long as I have, like six, seven years because we came up together, he actually bought the course from me.

And he obviously, I probably would have given it to him for free, but he wanted, he wanted to buy it because he said he wanted to, to do a favor for me for all the help I've given him over the years, which I, I respect a lot.

But it's foundations as a high level, as I said.

And then module four is where it starts getting, it starts getting really interesting.

For those of you who don't know, I've been, I've been running funnels since.

It must be at least five years now in terms of listicles, advertorials, quiz funnels.

And in this module you'll see, you'll actually see me building funnels live.

Like I go through the whole process.

I'm not gonna, I don't want to be exposing too much of this on this video.

Like it's just an introduction to, to the course.

But I, I spend an hour building a listicle funnel from scratch.

No, no preparation.

It's, it's alive and as raw as it gets.

And that's something I really pride myself on is in this course where you get to see me build live.

I think it's super important because firstly it means that, you know what I'm doing, you know, I'm not bullshitting.

But secondly, there's a lot of courses out there where people are just presenting information and there's no practical advice.

But this whole module, you get to see me build listicles, build advertorials, build quiz funnels and then generate images for those funnels.

And it's really intimate.

Like that's the best way to describe it.

Everyone who's bought has said, I've got a very unique way of teaching and I think the reason why is because I think the best way to learn is you watch me do it.

Firstly, I explain how to do it and then you watch me do it and then I tell you why it's so important doing it the way I did it.

And because I'm telling you why it's important after I've done sort of reinforces to you that this is the system and the framework I've followed from eight years of building brands.

Module 5 is all about creatives and I've actually had, I think probably three eight figure creative agency owners who have bought my course and the first thing they do is they jump straight into module five and they're telling me how, how good this module is.

I think one of the guys I posted on Twitter, he, He's at like 15k a day and he jumped straight into this module.

And yeah, you can go and find the screenshot, but he was very impressed with what he found within this module.

I definitely recommend you start from module one and you work your way through.

But as I said, a lot of people, they, they buy the course and they think, you know what, like I've been dying to know his, his meta strategy for how to launch, how to get from zero to $3,000 a day spend, how to get to $50,000 a day spend.

Like in this, in this lesson in module seven, I'm talking about my full, like my whole campaign structure, it's 48 minutes long.

Where as I said, I'm talking exactly how I build all my campaigns with cost caps.

And even if you don't want to run cost caps, you'll still know, you'll still be able to find value from, from that course and from that module.

And then going back to module five, it's all about.

So my creative strategy, just to give a quick overview for those of you who haven't been following along to all the tweets.

Basically, I like to follow angles first and then I test those angles with static image ads where as you can see here, I spend an hour, one hour, 48 minutes, which is a long time, pretty much just building statics like I show my exact process.

I think it, I think I make like 40 in the end.

So in an hour 48, I've generated 40 statics.

And then from there you find the winning angle and I create voiceover scripts.

So here, this is like part one was.

It was a long video, 34 minutes of me pretty much writing a script on, on a Google Doc.

I don't think it actually shows it on here.

no, it doesn't.

I think it just shows.

Yeah.

So here is what I'm talking about.

So in this video I'm talking about how to actually structure the script.

And in the second lesson, which is part, part two is one hour 32.

And honestly it's it's a, it's an incredible lesson because I'm spending 1 hour 30 from, from pretty much scratch, like a blank Google Doc.

And I purposefully didn't want anything prior to.

I didn't, I didn't want to think about writing the script at all prior to writing the script.

Like if I was in the shower for example, and I was thinking, I've got a good angle, I would just do my best to empty my mind because I wanted me to just come to this Google Doc and then just go straight from, straight from a blank Google Doc, which I'm pretty sure you might be able to see on here.

But if not, like you can see me.

Like you look at the bottom this part here, you can see me right in the Google Doc and I delete it.

I'm moving here.

Like I'm highlighting all the text and that's because I'm deleting it and restarting again.

So it's extremely intimate.

As I said, I write a mini VSL here.

It's six, seven minutes long, I think, and it's a fucking banger.

Like it's, it's really good.

And then after we're talking about iterating, how you essentially look at a winner and make more winners because that's the whole game UGC playbook.

I'm talking about how to find UGC creators but then how to actually write scripts for UGC craters as well.

Even though I very much prefer, like my whole meta and creative philosophy is, as I said, static angles to test and then I, I iterate on those static angles with mini VSL scripts like I'm talking about here.

And the reason why I do that is because for subscription brands in particular, I really like the idea of having a long educational video paired with educational funnel.

And the reason why is because firstly, the traffic is going to be way higher quality because the customer is extremely educated once they click the ad and they go through the funnel until they get to the product page.

But also for subscription brands in particular.

What I found by having a pre sell page like a lander before someone lands on the product page is people are way more likely to subscribe and are way more likely to stay for longer when you, your ads are educational based and scientific and they're very mechanism driven and the funnels do the same thing and they talk about transformations and that kind of stuff.

But of course UGC plays a role as well.

It helps build social proof and it targets different pockets of the audience.

But me, my strength.

And the reason I blew up on Twitter, for example, is because I know how to write.

I can write a tweet in 30 minutes.

And the reason why I can do that is because I spent six, seven, eight years writing ads non stop every single day.

Because for me as a brand owner, I think a brand owner is essentially just someone who's really good at writing.

Every component of building a brand comes down to your ability to write.

Whether that's writing the product description, writing the product name, like the, what's the word?

Like the title for the product, whether that's writing the actual ad, whether that's writing the funnels.

Like it all comes down to writing.

Copyrighting is such an important thing.

And I've demonstrated my ability to copyright through Twitter.

Like that's, that's why I blew up.

But that is simply a product of me spending eight, nine years in the trenches writing every single day, just me and my pen.

And that's how, that's how I've scaled.

So module five in particular I'm extremely proud of and module four as well because you get to see me write live with the pen, building, building these ads.

Because I actually saw a video on YouTube where the guy said the most important part of a creative is the visuals.

And I completely disagree.

The most important part of the creatives is it's the copy, it's the script.

So yeah, you get to see me write it live.

I show you the exact framework and I show you how to replicate it for your own brand.

So yeah, it's a, it's a, it's a fucking golden module.

I also need to try and stop swearing.

One of my friends, I gave a course and he said, nabil, it's an amazing course, as he expected, but I need to tone down on the swearing a little bit.

So if you're offended by swearing, don't buy the course.

Module 6 is as, as I spoke about before, it's just like how to basically get in the right mindset for Facebook, how to launch a brand.

So I think I did a tweet, I did do a tweet where it was an article talking about, it was an article talking about how to launch a brand on Facebook and it ended up getting.

it's here, right?

It ended up getting a lot of views, 100,000 views.

This art, this shit, this, this video basically talks pretty much about this whole article, but it fills in any of the gaps in the article and it actually, it just makes everything have a lot more sense.

Because one thing I clarified is in this article I spoke about how I only I'll give a, product 48 hours before I kill it.

But I realized that there's different skill levels in Ecom.

So when I'm launching a product, I give it 48 hours because I know that I'm creating a launch with as much intention as possible and I know everything I'm doing is going to be at a high skill level.

So if it doesn't work in 48 hours, it's not going to work at all.

But obviously not everyone's been doing this for as long as me, spent as much money on Facebook as me.

So I changed the framework basically to where, even if someone's like a complete beginner, they'd be able to follow this and understand where they went wrong and fix it.

Basically, as I said, that's the most important thing.

Learning from your mistakes, but also my mistakes.

lesson five, talking about A.D.

copy.

Like, how to actually create copy for your ads.

Lesson six is a good one.

It's essentially me showing you the exact campaign structure and the exact way I get an ad account from $0 a day to around 3, $5,000 a day.

And that's whether you're using cost caps or you're not using cost caps.

In this course, I tell you when to use cost caps.

And even if you don't want to use cost caps, I'll still show you how you can use the same campaign structures and the same, the same.

You can follow the same playbook.

I run on Meta, but obviously if you're running cost caps, then it's a lot more advantageous.

Module seven spoke about before.

It's.

This is, this is a fucking incredible module.

It's where I'm showing you pretty much my exact campaign structure from how to take a brand from $3,000 a day.

Like in the previous, I've, run out of WI fi, but hopefully this video keeps, keeps going.

How to take a brand from $3,000 a day and spend, which is what we get you to hear, to over $50,000 a day.

So it's the exact campaign structure, the exact way I run my ad accounts.

I show you in this, 48 minute lesson and then we talk about scaling ads, it's rating ads and also understanding the whole meta funnel and the ecosystem because I think that's something a lot of people misunderstand, where they're turning off ads, they're making decisions based on certain metrics and it just doesn't work like that.

You have to understand the sequence of ads.

And within this I talk about the back end of meta, the playbook that the really smart engineers have put out for us.

So I talk about it all.

a lot of people obviously on Twitter, they know me for, for my knowledge.

In module six and module seven, I actually had a guy who reached out to me saying, hey bro, I came across your article.

It looks amazing.

My biggest bottleneck in my brand is media buying.

I've never seen you before.

I'm on a, I was on a call with him, he was asking, do you know anything about Media Buy?

And I was like, bro, I've spent five, no, four years, I think on Twitter tweeting every single fucking day about media buying.

Like that's.

I think most of the people that buy this course are probably interested in module 6 and 7 because it literally shows you everything.

And I go deep, I go extremely deep.

Like it's a, it's a really good module.

It's probably, I think between these two modules it must be like 10 hours long.

And then module eight is all about brand development.

So how to go from this is wrong.

Actually literally just got uploaded.

it's how to go from dropshipping store to build in a real brand that one day you can, you can exit for a lot of money.

I also talk about organic strategy.

So it's only a short video because it only needs to be short.

But I talk about how paid media, yes, you can get from zero to a million, 2 million, 3 million, 5 million a month.

But with the right organic strategy, through content traffic and social proof, you can get there way faster.

Then I'm talking about how to scale onto, other platforms as well as increasing LTV in order to build like a real brand that one day you can exit for a lot of money because of course that is the, that is the goal at the end of the day for most people.

Like maybe you just want to build a brand for some nice cash flow, but most people, they want to be, they want to be exiting their brands.

And as you can see our school, community, we've got 42 people in it so far, which is pretty, pretty amazing.

we were aiming for 30 in the first month.

And what are we.

We're like five days into the launch, we're at 42.

As you can see, Satish Yoga has just joined.

I see a lot of familiar faces from Twitter, all killers.

Like genuinely, there's some massive people in this course.

I'm talking like founders and partners of the biggest brands in the world and also people who run massive agencies.

As I said, like Satish, he runs a direct response ad creative agency for health brands and his ads have made millions for clients and he was time to build something for himself.

We'll be a million dollars a month by December 26th.

Like I, I spoke to this guy on a call.

He knows what you're talking about.

I'm very, very, very sure that he's going to be at a million dollars a month by 2020, by the 2020 6th of December.

Built and sold multiple stores.

I've been color ripping with great success.

However, not happy about it was I haven't built anything like that's, as I said that is the, like the, the messaging of a lot of people who are joining where they've made a lot of money from Ecom but they haven't built like a real brand and they've never actually managed to create a winning creative themselves.

Like they, they're ripping creatives in order to, to build their brands.

And as I showed you inside the course, like I'm literally building creatives live.

And the reason I'm doing that is because I want to show people like Alvaro that you can do it and you can watch me write a winning creative that will spend a lot of money for the brand.

And then also Christian, Christian is actually in private equity I think or finance like one of those.

And he's been dropshipping the last few months, currently starting a brand from zero.

So he's not done e Commerc like really for a long time before joining the course.

But he comes from the finance background where he's working that corporate lifestyle where he's seeing his company like his firm investing millions in, in businesses.

He's seen big exits through his company and he wants to be the one that's building, building the next 1m.

So yeah, like in this, in this school, in this community, in this course, we've got some, we've got some fucking killers.

And yeah, everyone's extremely happy how it's going so far.

As I said, 42 members so far.

The last thing I want to do is put out shit and ruin that reputation that I've spent five years building on Twitter or four years and also four years before that actually in the trenches building brands.

I think one of the craziest things in this whole thing is where I talk about in finding.

When I'm finding a product, which is, I talk about it, here, I think, in like the avatars and the markets section.

The product I find in this course and the angle I find.

I promise you, no one else was running up that angle at all.

Like, I, I'm literally going to the ad library in one of these lessons and I show how no one's.

No one's, bidding on the term I'm bidding on in meta.

No one's found the same angle.

No one's.

And there's multiple angles within this, like, really small niche where no one else is, no one else is.

There's no competition.

And I recorded this in May, I think, and I planned like some of it in February and January.

Now in July, there's literally someone who, before I dropped the course by, there was like two.

Two days before I dropped it, I saw a guy on Twitter expose like a brand search screenshot and it showed how someone was scaling pretty much the exact product I show in here, just with a slightly different angle, which is actually a weaker angle that I, that I show in the course.

But someone was scaling the exact same, pretty much the same avatar or the same problem.

And they've gone from zero sessions a month to 200,000 sessions a month within three months or something ridiculous like that.

So that guy's taking the product from, I don't know, 0k a day to must be like 40, 50, 60k a day within the space of three months.

And I called it, like, I knew it was gonna happen because you see me identify the opportunity in this course.

And not only that, not only do I identify that one opportunity, I identify two, three more opportunities from the top of my head on camera, which I guarantee people are going to scale into eight figure brands within the next year.

Two years, like they're golden opportunities.

And then I also show how you can continuously think of more opportunities in the exact same way I did it through actually showing you the manual mental way of thinking.

But also, I'll show you how to do it with AI.

But yeah, I'm rambling on.
