Welcome to the Career Maths Club.

00:02

If you're a mature student who wants to get admitted to university without GCSE maths, this might be exactly what you've been looking for.

00:12

My name is Roy.

00:14

I'm an engineer and over the past 12 months as a maths tutor, I've helped students go from confusion to understanding.

00:22

For example, Jake needed to do a numeracy test to make a career change.

00:28

He always felt like maths was a block and in a couple months I helped him overcome his maths block and he got the job.

00:37

The same story for Candace, who wanted to study childcare but struggled with GCSE maths.

00:43

She was able to pass and is on her way to university as we speak.

00:49

So I work with students who are serious about changing careers.

00:55

They usually feel like maths has always been confusing and most people I work with already have the motivation but just need direction.

01:06

Now.

01:06

Unis and jobs want you to have passed Maths.

01:10

GCSE Maths.

01:12

GCSE is the gatekeeper, but what you're not told is that GCSE maths is not needed.

01:20

There's an exam that is equivalent and accepted by the vast majority of unis across the country and it's called Functional Skills Maths.

01:29

Functional Skills Math is more practical, less theoretical, and more importantly, it's easier to pass.

01:37

You can take the exam not just twice a year, but literally on demand, whenever you want.

01:45

All, right and over.

01:47

Here's the thing.

01:48

Over the 1000 hours of tutoring maths, I've narrowed it to three reasons why people don't pass.

01:57

Poor teaching, little practice, no feedback loop.

02:02

So in the Career Maths Club, I've made sure the teaching is going to be top notch.

02:07

You'll get tons of practice questions and live feedback.

02:10

So you know where you went wrong.

02:13

At the Career Math Club, we followed the teaching philosophy of Ray's Eclectic series.

02:20

It was made famous for being the clearest teaching philosophy out there.

02:25

When it comes to teaching maths, you will also get tons of video lectures recorded by me walking you step by step, explaining everything, no matter your level.

02:38

And also live past paper sessions, going through past papers, solving multi step problems every week.

02:48

Put simply, the reason why this works is that we've combined timeless teaching methods with modern tools, making the learning faster than, ever.

03:00

Okay.

03:00

It's not just boring lectures though, because in the Career Maths Club, it's also community and you'll get to connect with students just like you in the same position.

03:13

You'll get support and even hidden member only Perks, meaning in 12 weeks, you could be ready to pass Functional skills math level 2.

03:23

If you finish the course, sit the exam, and don't pass the first time, I promise to personally tutor you one on one until you do pass.

03:34

So again, you literally have nothing to lose.

03:37
