How to Use the New Leads Feature for Agencies 🚀

All right, so starting off you're just going to go into one of your clients accounts here you'll be able to see at the bottom left hand corner that there is now a lead section.

I'm going to walk you through how to set up the lead section for your clients step by step and then what it looks like once it has been set up.

to sum it up, the lead section is going to be where you can create specific ICPs for your clients.

and from there it's going to detect these ICPs for each of the posts that you create for these clients.

So you can put in whatever the name of this ICP that you want along with the description.

like, so after that you're going to be able to refine your search a little bit more by country, by industry and even by company size.

And then after that it kind of gives you a little bit more information on how it's going to detect these and the credits that you get used each time.

Once everything is ready, you can start discovering leads for your clients.

All right, so for your clients, this is what it's going to look like before you have detect any posts from them.

so here you have your icp.

If you click into this, you can see what we've written here you can search up certain profiles.

So you can have a list of five profiles that you want to see.

Similar to, you have a few other filters like I'd mentioned.

You also have these keywords.

These keywords will be things that appear either in someone's headline, in someone's bio, etc.

These are words that are included.

You can even have words that you want to exclude from someone's bio or to really kind of narrow down your search and finding an icp, you can add up to a few more.

Here we also have this FAQ that gives you a little bit more information and a little more in depth on how to utilize this.

So if this video doesn't kind of answer all of your questions, don't worry.

We have this section here that will help you out.

From here you're able to analyze your clients posts.

so you'll just click this detect button, you will connect it to one of the ICPs, and it's going to start a detection, it's going to start analyzing for you.

I'm also then going to show you what it looks like once this has been done and how to read this data.

so once you have your clients ICPS all set up and ready, as you can see here, we have a few different ones.

And once you've started analyzing your posts, this is where you're going to see so you're going to see the number of engagers per post, the number of unique leads that have been detected from your posts, and the number of new leads that you get per post.

when you click into a post, for example, you've analyzed, you're going to see that you have a certain number of excellent leads, good leads, medium qualified leads, and low qualified leads from your ICPs that you have defined.

each post might have a different icp.

So with this, when you click detect a post, you're able to select which ICP you want it to find.

This allows you to have a little bit more specificity, generating these leads.

This is going to be a list of everyone that has been generated through There are 341 total leads.

There are 87 that are excellent leads for the ICPs that are 80 that are good, 107 that are medium, and 67 that are low.

with this lead section within Magic Post for your clients, you can also connect it to tools.

So this can be connected through Webhook, Lemlist, Pipedrive and HubSpot.

You can also import new leads and you can even export this list of leads as a CSV.

When you're looking at all of these leads here, you can see that it has a list of the lead, the country, the company interactions, the status.

So you can kind of continue to mark if you've contacted them so that they, you don't, they don't fall through the cracks in your funnel here.
