Managing Approval Mode in Magic Post 🚀

Hi there.

Today we're going to be going over some of the new magic post updates in terms of the client validation and getting notifications.

All right, so starting off on your agency dashboard here, you're going to go to the three dots on the right hand side and click Manage the Shared Calendar.

From here, you'll be able to see all of the quick links that you can share with your clients, as well as the notification section, which is new.

So this notification section is really great because it allows your team members to get notified whenever a post is approved by your client or even a comment has been made.

Vice versa, your client will be able to get notifications when a post has been approved on their end and then also when you reply to them within the chat of having these posts validated, which I'll get into real quickly just to show you as well.

This is kind of what a preview is going to look like in terms of an email.

so you have the internal approvals here and when a comment has been made and from your client's perspective, what these emails are going to look like and what these notifications are going to look like for them.

what's really nice about this now is that you can get to this either from the three dots and the managed shared calendar.

Or like before going into your client's account here, going to the calendar section and clicking that share button.

The great difference now that we've just added is that your clients can now highlight certain lines or even words and add comments right from there.

So as we can see here, your client has comments and there's also the discussion.

So these are different because the comments is kind of like in a Google Doc where you can resolve it.

you can add comments to that general discussion is just another way for you guys to communicate.

a post is approved, you will get a notification on your end as the agency.

Going back to the agency viewpoint of this, if you click into one of the posts, you have these three approved comments here.

You can click into any of these and it will show you that you can either respond to this comment, you can resolve it, or you can even just delete it.
