So today we're excited to launch the open beta of project events in Kapso.

Project events turn what happens inside a customer conversation into actual data that your business can measure and act on.

They can help you understand what customers are talking about or measure conversation quality, trigger other workflows, or just send information to your own systems using webhooks.

So I think the best thing is we just see it in action.

We'll ask, the Kapso Agent to create a workflow that runs whenever a conversation ends.

So if we go to activity and see conversation category, which is the event we emitted, we see that it's a sales conversation and there's a summary talking about it.

With Project events, every conversation now becomes structured data that you can learn from and use to decide what happens next.

So now I can see all the different topics I have in my conversation, but I can also use this feature to evaluate conversations or just emit and start different workflows.
