You might be wondering who we are right.

I'm Manny, I'm the CEO of Cold acquisition and I've sent over a quarter million emails and generated over 300k in deal flow for our clients booking meetings with 8 to 10 figure brands.

So how does this work?

The thing is most people that run outbound do it wrong and I'll walk you through some how we are different from them basically.

So the first step is if you are doing cold email is the problem is people send from their main domain.

So instead of sending from your main domain where it could risk your domain landing in spam, what we do is we set up secondary domains to your domain.

We just add, let's say get your domain.com or your domain live.com just buy separate domains to your main domain so that we could send from that.

And we scale horizontally.

Basically we buy many domains so that infrastructure doesn't get blocked or landing spam.

Basically this is one of the ways we are different from other people in XN is how do you build your term?

We basically help you to map out your entire term because sometimes you might just be sourcing your term from a particular vendor or scraping from like Google and that might not give you accurate an accurate result of what your time will look like.

Basically we use every tool in in our arsenal to get you as much detail on what your time is.

We build hyper targeted list of people that are actually willing to buy.

We're not dealing with like Interns or people with lower roles in the company.

We deal with C suite executive and we'll book you meetings with them.

The next step is, and this is usually the most important step you are framing when it comes to cold traffic.

You deal with it like it is a sales channel.

Meanwhile it is a marketing channel.

It is not like referrals that they already know you beforehand.

These companies are cold, so they have no clue who you are.

You're basically reaching out to strangers.

So what we do is we craft a front end offer Whether that's creating a video of them knowing who you are or a lead magnet, where we are offering not just a free value value thing up front, but something that is valuable to the company and that gives us a higher reply rate for them to book meetings with you.

If that makes sense.

That's very important.

The next step after that is your copy.

The copy is also important because this is how we frame your offer.

So we don't want anything like hope this email finds you.

Once an email, as you know, lands in your inbox, you're scanning do I know this person?

Is this of value to me?

So that's how we are trying to structure this email in that we are calling out a pain point, a very relevant pain point.

And this is not some AI slop, And tying it to what you actually do so that the people end up booking a call with you.

These are the things we often do.

And the next step let's say we generate 20 replies for you within two weeks, right?

How do we handle these replies?

The problem with most people is that they have an SDR who calls this lead, let's say after an hour or 24 hours and by that time the lead is already dead.

So what we try to optimize for is within five to 10 minutes of the lead responding.

Try to find their contacts, call them, also reply in a way where we're not just going back and forth over email, but we're trying to get them over to a call.

Because we know we can't share pricing or really handle objections over email.

All we try to do is push for a call imagine your ideal buyer willing to meet with you every single week.

And you only pay us one once the meeting happens.

So you're getting the output of 10 to 20 SDRs for the price of one.

Does that sound like a good deal?

So here's an example of why we are different and what you would get while working with us.

If you were to do this on your own, you might have to hire an SDR or a GTM engineer, purchase the domains yourself, purchase the sending infrastructure, how to scrape the leads, everything.

So let's say we are getting you 10 meetings and your lifetime value is over 50k.

That's already 600k in pipeline revenue generated for your business.

Right.

Let's say this is even on the low end.

And when they book you five meetings, or let's say eight meetings, let's say over the next month, we've already closed your first dayline, you've already made way more money back when it comes to working with us.

so who exactly is this beautiful is if you have a large enough market in terms of contacts that you could reach out to.

So if you have over 30k contacts in your markets that we could contact, this is a good offer for you.

If your your order value is over 5k and ideally your lifetime value of a client is over 50k, this will make sense for you.

And also if you're open to testing new end offers, this would be a no brainer for you because we are open to people that are willing to test new things.

Because I'm not trying to be right, I'm trying to get you as much money as possible.

We let the market decide what works also you also have to already be getting referrals but they're just not consistent so you're looking for an extra channel they are willing to invest into.

And also if you have a dialed in sales process where you already have SDRs that call up leads or you've achieved a product market fit.

We're not looking for companies that are just starting out, right?

So this, if you have these qualities, it's probably a good fit for you.

So here's a map out of what 90 days look looks like.

So the first two weeks is for warming up the domain.

So we're setting up the whole infrastructure so we are sending enough emails out each day.

So we're warming that infrastructure so it doesn't land in spam.

That's the first two weeks and that's within the 90 days.

And after that the next two weeks we see the results trickling bit by bit.

So you start getting replies, we start iterating based on that and booking you as many meetings as possible.

So as I said we're trying to make you as much money as possible.

We're not trying to be right.

So basically we let the market decide what actually works.

So we keep testing, testing.

So we can book you at least two meetings each week with your ideal clients, if you're a B2B company With a time over 30k, we'll book you one to two meetings each week for the next 90 days with your ideal clients.

and you only pay us for the meetings that actually show up.

that's the whole deal.
