Hello and welcome to Lead Formatter.

So whether you're doing cold email campaigns for yourself or for clients, this will help you do a few things from scoring leads, qualifying leads, writing variables for your emails, or using AI to write whole emails, and coming up with different prompts to help you do so.

and other things like enrichments for phone numbers, emails, email verification, all of that sort of thing.

And, and this is going to be a much more cost effective solution than other tools you might be familiar with.

now we can upload pretty big CSV files here.

These can usually be up to about 50,000 leads, that you can get per sheet.

This will map out all of your columns and you'll have your spreadsheet here.

Now the thing that most people are probably going to be using this for is to score leads based on fit to their ICP and then using AI to write either variables for an email or writing the whole email itself.

So what you're going to do is come over here, and there is some functionality built into this, like removing, you know, leads that might have blank emails, segmenting by job titles, by other columns, formatting company names, job titles, all that kind of stuff, and then giving the tool what your ICP is so that it can help you filter to make sure that everyone you're reaching out to is a good fit.

We can also pull company LinkedIn descriptions here, and you have some API functionality for tools like Million Verifier or Lead Magic.

So if you are doing any type of warm calling flow or cold calling flow, you can push leads from your sequencer to here, and pull phone numbers to call the leads.

Now what we're going to walk through is kind of again, the most common use cases, how to get the most out of it.

So usually we start with some type of lead scoring based on wherever you pull data from, whether it's an Apollo, an AI arc, a ZoomInfo pitchbook, wherever the data came from, we'll typically have some type of column for company products and services, company description, SEO description, and a company website.

Now we do have in the custom prompts here a web search.

So this is going to be similar to any web scraping tool that you might be familiar with to go ahead and look at the company websites and pull some information if you're trying to pull, you know, maybe pricing information or case studies or information about their team, all that sort of stuff.

And it has a built in, skill for writing enrichment prompts.

So let's say you want to score the leads and you're trying to find.

Okay, cool.

We want to make sure all of these leads are companies that have a high ltv, that have the ability to, you know, pay for a lead generation service.

You can come to the AI and say, hey, I want to write a prompt to qualify leads based on, their average ticket size.

So from the company, products and services and description columns, we want to make a determination as to if the company, if the prospect, per each client that they sign, has a lifetime value of at least $30,000.

That's typically what makes someone a good fit for us to reach out to.

So we really just want to score, based on that criteria.

And then this will take whatever you give it, and write a prompt that you can put into the sidebar here.

So this is going to ask you some questions.

If it doesn't feel like it's clear enough so you can say, no, it's $30,000, not $30 million.

and yes, it should be at least.

And yes, if it is below, you should put no.

And you should, if the data is unclear, or you can't make an assumption, just put yes.

All right, so, and this will kind of give it ideas of what good fits might be, what bad fits might be.

and then you can just have an output, yes or no, and you can just click use this prompt and it will put it in here with the brackets here.

Everything all ready to go.

Now, you can also bring your own prompts or the ones that you use that you like.

You can save them here.

and you can give it a name and hit the save button and these will show up, in here you can see I have a couple that I use to score.

Hey, is this a good fit?

it aggregates columns to write, information about a lead and then to write whole emails.

Or maybe you're looking for just to write a custom variable for your emails.

So, for example, we could come use the one that I have saved here and then tell it what output column you want it to have.

And now you will bring your own API keys for OpenAI or Anthropic.

And this will run first a test of your API key, because depending on how much usage you have loaded onto it, it will run at different speeds.

for example, an OpenAI key that's only ever had like $50 put on it is going to do less rows per minute than one that's had a thousand dollars put on it.

But typically, like, this is already done.

These run pretty Fast.

it does about a thousand rows every couple of seconds.

So if you're doing big sheets of 30, 40, 50,000 rows, these typically just take a couple of minutes.

and then what you can do is, cool, we've scored the leads for fit.

Now we're going to segment the list based on, we just want the ones that came out as yes and then these will be just the yes leads.

Now something that I like to do to use this tool to write better emails is have it come up with a lead info column.

So basically this takes these columns about the company and spits out a column that is basically the business type, what they do, who they're trying to reach, how they likely source their business today, what a use case for Quantum cold email or wegen would be.

And then like what would a meaningful business outcome be for them?

And some industry specific language.

So we're going to do the same thing.

And again you can come to the AI and be like, I want to write a column that just lists the prospect's ICP and what they sell that we can plug in as a variable in the email.

So we'll come here again, it'll run the same test on your API key again.

And then we'll let that run.

Cool.

So now we have this column here of the types of businesses that it is, what they do, who they're trying to reach, how they likely currently source it for most of these people, right?

Like if you're selling lead generation, they're likely getting their business from referrals, and then it'll have things like business outcomes, how many deals they're trying to get per quarter.

Whatever the use case is, if you're targeting ecom brands, it might be to get more revenue from their email list.

Right.

So now that we have this column we can go ahead and write the emails.

So let's say you, you don't want to use AI to write the whole email.

You want to use AI to just write maybe part of an email.

You can come to the this tool again and basically say, I want to write a variable for a cold email that just lists the prospect's ICP and what they would be in the need of for what the prospect sells.

So for example, an output could be, you know, vice presidents or VPs of pharmaceutical companies in the market for payroll optimization.

The output should just be the job title at target company who's in the market for what the prospect company sells and use the company products and service column, the keywords column the, company description column, the short description column, and the SEO description column to make this determination.

And then you'll send, And it'll probably ask you one or two questions to kind of clarify what you're trying to do.

And it'll give you, it'll come up if you give it like, like I gave it this example, right.

It'll kind of think through, a few other examples that might be similar.

And it's okay if you don't have like all of these columns.

but it will, it will use kind of whatever you have.

And so we'll use this prompt and then if you want to adjust these variables or remove some, you can just edit them here.

and let's say, you know, again, you'll use a double bracket here and type in, you know, whatever you want.

Like if we're using the company products and services column, the company description column, and the company SEO description, and then we don't need any of the rest of these.

and then again you can save these again to use them later so you don't have to go through this process of making new prompts each time.

And these will save in the load to save prompt here.

Right.

So you can create a workflow where if you're reaching out to the same types of people with the same type of offer a lot, it's very easy to just load in a list, run your qualification prompt, run your column that produces information about the leads, and then to run a column to write your variables or your whole email and then we'll let this run it.

All right, cool.

And now we have our opener, our variable of, you know, who they, they target, who would be needing what the prospect sells.

And you can, you know, go through the process of refining these prompts or whatever you want.

But now this could be a variable in an email where you say, hey, Mr.

Prospect, if we could connect you with, you know, your icp, who's in the market for or has a need for what you sell, it'd be worth the conversation.
