Hey everyone, I'm Arthur, Coudouy at Sillage Thanks for taking the time of watching this video.
00:07
I wanted to show you all the key concepts about setting up Sillage and how Sillage works.
00:14
So first initially you have your own workspace and right away by API or by using Claude mcp you will need to set up your Persona which is initially only like titles like RevOps, SalesOps, Head of Sales and your location EMEA USA anywhere in the world and what we call the top account list.
00:38
The top account list is a list of the top customer you would like to sign in the upcoming months or year.
00:46
For example Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack.
00:49
What you need to understand is right away Sillage using your Persona and your top account list will start creating your account mappings and keep different version of the decision makers of each top account.
01:04
for example if you set up Revops and you add Salesforce, we will map all the revops within Salesforce in the emea.
01:14
Then when you have your Persona and your top account set up right away, we are going to use your account mapping and your top account list to fetch what we call the content.
01:27
The content is what we collect.
01:30
So once Sillage has mapped your accounts, we start collecting their content.
01:35
Content are for example company posts, company job postings and posts and comments on LinkedIn by each decision maker.
01:43
within the account mapping.
01:46
Content is really important.
01:48
when we have this content you should be setting up your agent.
01:53
We have eight ten different types of agent already.
01:57
This agent could be keyword job updates and interaction with competitor, customers, partners, influencers, champion and detection on specific keyword on job posting as well.
02:11
Some agents need what we call internally a watch list.
02:16
A watch list is a list of competitors, customers, partners, influencers, champions.
02:22
And then quite quickly you will be able to create your own custom watch list.
02:30
So as you can see it's still blue.
02:31
So it's still what you are going to set up.
02:35
And then we are going to use the agents to read and parse your content.
02:44
This is how Sillage signals are going to be working.
02:48
By mixing your agent setup, and the content we are going to find signals for you.
02:56
So let's take an example.
02:58
I'm going to set up what we call internally a keyword agent.
03:02
A keyword agent for example could be a keyword listening for sales efficiency, buying intent, sales optimization.
03:12
So it's a set of keywords you ask Sillage to monitor on social media.
03:19
So the agent is going to read all your content and look for this specific set of keywords within the content.
03:28
And when the agent find the content he will create what we call a signal.
03:34
A signal is what you get in the end.
03:37
This is the data you are going to use by API, within your CRM, during your cold coding sessions or sending to any AI agents like Claude, in your GTM motion.
03:49
For example, for a keyword agent a signal could be.
03:53
Salesforce head of sales wrote a post on sales efficiency on 1 July 2026.
04:01
So a signal is a match between the setup of an agent and some content.
04:06
Let's take another example.
04:08
Let's say we want to set up a job update agent.
04:11
So a job update agent only needs a different set of content.
04:16
It doesn't need like company post or job posting.
04:19
It only needs to parse your account mapping.
04:24
By reading your account mapping the job update agent is able to find that John Henry and Francis have joined Salesforce in the last two months.
04:33
So these are going to be three different signals.
04:38
And let's take one last example.
04:41
Let's say I want to know who my competitor are talking to.
04:45
So I want to set up a competitor agent.
04:49
So my competitor agent will need to set up a watch list of competitors and this list will be watching Amplitude, Postdoc and Beta stack.
04:59
For example, I am let's say analytics data company.
05:04
So my agent is going to look through all the content you have in your database, in your Sillage database and looks for interaction between this company and your top account.
05:14
And in the end what the agent is able to find is that Amplitude's Account executive and BetterStax CEO commented on a post of the Salesforce head of data.
05:26
so every time an agent find a specific signal he will add it into your database.
05:34
Thank you for your time.
05:35
I hope it was clear enough and let's keep in touch.
05:42
Just ping us if you need more information and I can't wait to see you creating even more signals.
