Build Your Own AI Operating System 🤖

What's up everyone?

Luke McGuire here.

And in a little bit of of a video today, instead of the webinar replay which had a few issues with screens not matching up and few tech issues, I thought I would do this here instead, which is essentially give you to the point, most important and most useful tips video here.

or what we did teach on today's session.

But that is most important for you right now in your online journey.

and with what I've been doing on my side and having so many sleepless nights to get some of these things ready, for you all.

I am so excited to do this video here right now.

you'll also see on this page I've gone to a lot more effort and really trying to show you some cool things that we can do now.

And by effort I mean just smarter working with AI.

I've not actually done anything more myself to produce much better results, overall.

So first and foremost, today's session was going to cover two things.

something called our agent made operating system.

And the second thing was the return of Fable.

I'll get to the Fable stuff.

Second, because first, the first and most important thing to talk about here is our agent mate operating system which is something I have built as to me it was the loose end in this kind of AI journey of all these different tools, all these different launches, all these products that do all these different things.

I was still waking up every single day with having to get to my computer, figuring out what do I need to work on now, where do I start, what was I working on?

The next step?

Or if I have this other new idea, if I get distracted and I end up over there doing that, how do I actually get my AI, I guess network of tools and have it work for me 24 7.

You guys might remember this slide from last week if you saw the replay from last week.

If you didn't, I'll put it at the end of this video somewhere.

the key part of it which I want you guys to watch again.

But I mentioned it saying your business should run while you sleep.

Your AI is not meant to be just a chatbot that you talk to.

it really should be a team of AI agents that actually do the work for you.

Find where the money is and build tools, resources, automations and go out and do the work to get you those results every single day.

When you finish it at night, it should keep working because there's no reason for it not to.

Right?

They're not human, so they have the ability to do this.

and I was thinking, why is no one doing this?

Right?

I mentioned in the last week too, saying that we are, as humans, we're the bottleneck.

We're getting in the way, of the work that could be done because we're not thinking in the right way.

And we have to think in a way that's.

One can seem like we're being really lazy or asking for too much from an AI, but we're really not.

And that's something I've been trying to stress, really open up your imagination with what you can build and do now.

and, two, I, wanted to see how far I could push it and to build something that can work for me and actively improve my business every single day to a point that I don't know at the end of the day, what new features, what money is being saved, what new areas I, can launch into, or I might have already launched into because of AI.

I've wanted it to be fun.

I wanted it to be exciting like that.

So, what I did was I built what's called my AI, operating system, my aios, I've called it, for the time being, my agent mate, operating system mate os.

And this is something that is just so sick, that I went through it briefly last week.

And again, you can change all the colors and everything if you don't like this color scheme.

But, we'll leave it as is.

There's three parts to this I'm going to show you quickly here.

The first is dash, this dashboard, this home, this operating system home where it does everything from track all of the jobs that I'm currently working on in AI automatically.

It will every day show me what jobs it can take over and automatically go and do 24.

It'll show me I'm, if I'm slacking on anything on key builds that have finished.

When it finishes things for me, it'll, show me where it needs permission to do certain things.

And it will actively grow and build my business as well as look for opportunities where it can be saving money, making me more money.

And it has been doing that.

It's pretty crazy.

So you can see here, all first, as I said, it was one of three things.

So that's the first thing.

It's gonna be this dashboard that I'll show you here in A second.

The next thing is I found that with all these different AI tools, whether it's ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, they all are amazing at doing a lot of things.

But there's some things that it just can't do right and that can be really frustrating.

So then you manually, then you feel that you have to still be there to manually do the odd tasks that I just won't do.

Like for a while there, I've been using the example of whenever I finish a webinar replay, I have to go into my GoToWebinar, download the file, upload it to YouTube or loom, I have to get the transcript.

I have to then go into AI and build a landing PA and then I have to go into my email autoresponder, and build out an email and then link it all together and if there's a buy button I need to create that and then add that in and make it this whole process which takes between between two and three hours every time I do it.

and if I'm doing that two, three times a week, that's like nine hours a week and over a year.

I've mentioned that this works out to be around a month of my life.

I'm doing that 24 hours a day for one month of the year.

I'm doing that because of this new AI agent that I've created here, and implemented into my system.

It's said, hey, why are you doing this manually?

I can actually do this for you.

allow me into your webinar software and whenever a new webinar finishes I'll grab it and I'll do all that process for you and I'll just give you the link at the end to check.

I thought no way.

And it actually works.

So literally anything you can think of now can be done.

I haven't found one thing that it can't do yet.

So linking that with this AI operating system, that has my goals of what I'm trying to do, it has been a no brainer exercise for me to do which again I've invested so many hours into getting this to this point and the whole purpose is so then I can now give this or turn this into a product that people can buy as a high ticket offer.

Now I don't want you guys are my top 100 students that are seeing this specific video.

I do not want you guys to be paying the couple of thousand dollars that I will be selling this for.

So go through this here.

And again I'll take off thousands of dollars in this session.

but let me just show you what it does first.

So you can see here, right out the gate I've got my three key bots that I'm using right now.

is my chord, which you know we've all been using a lot of.

Ollama is now a free model.

I've got a free model in here so I can do things completely free, without needing to pay for a subscription at all.

and this one runs locally on my computer.

So there's no Internet connection, there's no sharing data, it's.

Everything's private locked in on my computer only.

And I've got a third one here called Hermes, which I'll talk about a bit later on as well.

But these three tools together I can then say, okay, well if I want to work work with say a llama right now, I just put in here what it is I want it to do, it will go and do it for me right away.

You can see here there's some suggestions.

Do I want to re recruit buyers, so buyers that might have gone cold.

it'll then go through and re recruit them into maybe buying another one of my offers.

Warming that list up again.

do I want to get people to be a part of a webinar invite?

Do I want to see what today's money moves are?

Let's see what today's money moves are.

And we'll let it search that and I'll run it right now and let it do its job.

and then we'll go from there.

But if I scroll down here as well, every single day it's got specific tasks that I've set it up to do for me.

So every day I've got a new daily new buyer radar.

So it looks every single day for new buyers for me.

And if a new buyer has hit, it will send them an automated email that'll send them through to this trust building email, process where it sends them a couple of value added emails with one or two free softwares in there.

So it warms them up of me giving value first.

And it created all of this for me by the way.

So that's why it runs 24.

I have a morning brief every single day, which shows me how much money I've made In the past 24 hours, what the key tasks that it's completed overnight are, what it's doing that day and what it needs me to do that day.

The top three things that are most important for me to do that day.

So I wake up knowing every single day or what it is I need to do.

I have a message on my phone, that pops up with my morning brief and I'm good to go.

I'll, scroll down a bit more here.

You'll see, there's a few other sections here like my, money radar.

This is essentially all about how do I make the most money in my business and what opportunities should I be working on right now.

So should be.

It says here, I can lock in 34 partners for before my upcoming launch.

It says if I do this right now, I can click do this and then it will automatically go and do this task for me.

I don't need to manually do it.

The AI will go and do it.

But it reckons it'll get me around $40,000.

from previous examples of doing this same task.

if I reengage a hundred thousand of my dormant email list, this is my biggest sleeping asset.

and it's just due to inactivity.

If I reengage these users, this essentially could be this, a hundred K list.

Who knows how much this could make me something I should be doing very soon.

So I'll hit do this soon and it will go and do that for me.

It'll make a plan and then I can go from there.

Now if I scroll down further, it shows me my stack right now how much I'm paying for my different tools.

So I know overall, I can see right Now I'm getting 3.4 times the value of paying for the subscriptions specifically compared to if I was just paying for the API tokens.

With all these different tools you can can either pay via subscription or via your usage.

So these ones here specifically, I'm using them a lot more.

So having a subscription makes more sense for me here, coming down here.

This is my shared brain and my goals.

So that's essentially going to be this.

I've called it the nerve center here, this page.

But what this is going to run off.

It's going to know what my goals Are what I'm trying to do, the end goal ultimately is and how do we get there the best way possible and how can AI help lock into that and it will then tell me that those answers.

So finally at the end here, my launchpad, my other core tools that I use.

So I have everything in one click and it'll pull it up for me.

I don't need to go finding these different tools.

It's all there, logged in, ready to go right away.

Say for example, I want to see all the tools that I've built recently.

Click on that boom.

Here are all of my different tools that I've recently built.

Here's if I want to launch my one shot engine which will build me a one giant prompt to completely build any offer that I want.

Click on that boom.

Here it is.

I can go ahead, log in and then start to go through the process of that tool.

It's user friendly like that.

Now moving up here at the top here, I'll through this really, really quickly.

We've got the overview, we've got the console which again, top breaks down those three AI, tools here.

Now I'm going to add in Chat GPT and a few other ones too.

But for now this is what I've been working with predominantly in this build.

money again it's, it goes into more detail of those different sections that you saw on the homepage.

My brain, this is again my memory, galaxy.

So every time I do anything it saves it into my memory galaxy here and it will cross reference to where it's heard certain things and where it fits in.

And goes, this is about my personal life too and my own personal goals in life.

So it will show you connections to different things that you didn't even know exist yet.

Then we go to studio.

This is where I can now run.

You can see chat GPT5, Opus, Sonnet, and right now.

too.

But these are the ones that I use now.

I'm not going to add in all of the ones that I don't use.

I've got a different tool for that, all the ones that I rarely use.

This is again my workhorse.

I only want things that I use a lot added this workhorse.

And when you get this set up for yourself, we're going to have it so that you only have things in here that you use.

Now if you're not following the exact plans that I'm teaching you.

Might be using a few other different tools and been doing a different things.

That's fine.

We can set it up so it's completely custom to you in what you are doing.

so you can see here I've got my ask any model, my voice copy and generate images.

I can my own loop build.

So this is where it will continue to build something over and over again until it meets any certain criteria.

And a different AI judge is what I've called it.

judge will enforce those rules.

So it has to then meet the actual require that I've set first for it to even be approved.

it.

We've got a board here which is like a Kanban board.

It's pretty self explanatory.

You put in a task that you want done I might say here, can you share the top 10 Hermes, and Claude repos, repos slash add ons that are trending right now.

Add it in a text or add it in HTML doc on the desktop.

When done, I'll hit go here I'll hit drop.

It'll go down to ready and then soon my AI agent will pick it up, it'll start running this and then when it's finished it'll say done.

Then that'll be on my desktop waiting for me over there.

Finally we jump over the tools and we've got all the different tools here like I shared before.

Now you can obviously then change the colors and things up here like if you want it white.

A lot of people like this lot more.

It's a lot brighter.

and you know I do like it.

It just depends if I'm working day or night or how long I've been looking at a screen for.

Depending on if I like colors in different ways but again different ones can even customize it to your own likings and whatnot too.

But that's the agent OS down the bottom.

Now this is where it gets really cool.

This is my core dashboard.

This is showing me how much money I'm making at the moment, what bills I've got coming in, what projects I'm working on, Where different projects are.

It's suggesting that today I strike this out.

I got four in queue for today and I should be going to.

It'll say this job will take 20 minutes, the next one will be 20 minutes and then 20 minutes, on each of these and I can lock it in and then I can even have AI take over that job if I wish.

You can see down here I've got a little command, area too.

So I can say, focus my priorities.

I can go to my stalled, projects and I can say, show me the most stored projects right now how close I am to finishing.

See it says about two hours to finish my go high level and white label build.

So that's almost done.

Here is a massive one though, because I've only added in all my projects recently.

You can see how many here that have just been sitting there that have almost been built out, but they're not finished.

And I'm going to make a way that it won't be so long here collapse it.

But yeah, just for now you can see here and I can see when I've last touched some of these builds and I can go into them right directly here and then continue them and even have AI take over them quick, wins down the bottom.

These are things that I can do every day when I jump on.

I can knock out these five tasks super quick, it says, and that gives me a sense of accomplishment and that then it makes it so much easier to be in a flow state.

You know those states when you're working and you just spend hours doing something and you go, wow, that was actually really productive.

More productive than the past three months of doing any work.

At times it can feel like, right, this is how you get into those states by getting a bunch of tasks done, completed fast, your body releases dopamine, you feel good and then you lock in.

And then over here we've got the activity feed, which is the things that it's currently doing right now.

you can see now it just finished that top 10 training home as in core repos right now.

So you can see here, it's pulled up them and built it in an HTML doc for me.

So I can now go ahead and find, which ones are going viral right now.

so you can see, yeah, I'll go through these after, but I'm jumping back over into our nerve center.

We then get our projects which again, all the projects I'm working on now which ones have stalled and if I got new ideas I can put them in here.

Revenue.

This is going to break down how much money I'm making at the minute.

I'm not gonna go through it all there, but what I should be doing at each milestone to get to the next one.

Which products are booming at the moment, which ones aren't here?

Here's my customer data where can, I won't spend too much time in there to reveals any names but you can view your warm leads, your cold leads, any leads that haven't engaged with for some time.

It has automation campaigns where you can literally click on them and it will then go out and do a re engagement campaign.

It'll, it'll send that individual user specific emails based on what they've engaged with in the past and what they've purchased from you to get them back on board.

Opening your emails and engaging with you, it's really, really cool.

Then we've got the Stripe section down here which is going to be, sorry, not stripe, our integration API section where you can put all of your API keys in one clean, user friendly space here that will link up to all of the different areas.

Normally, when you start building with different tools and you start connecting tools to each other, you end up using a lot of different API keys and it can be frustrating trying to find where you got that key from.

If you need to get a new key it can be frustrating as well.

So when you have it all in one place it makes it so user friendly.

It also will make sure that you know that everything's connected properly.

You can see here I've still got to connect my getresponse properly, my jvzoo properly and then I'll be good to go.

Right now they're not loading properly right now.

and yeah, it's just such a great I guess, user experience.

Now what I mentioned before was the second part which is your, your own AI, your master AI agent that you can speak to in many different ways.

Let me pause this here and I'll get it up.

All right, so what I've done here is I've pulled it up here, I'm using Telegram, but you can use iMessage, you can use WhatsApp, you can use wherever you wish.

You can set it up and you can speak to as if it's a real person and then that's how you should speak to it and you should be going big with your ideas.

This will do the things that Claude can't do by itself, that ChatGPT can't do by itself, that no other tool can do by itself.

The cool thing as well as you can set this up to work literally as Claude or as ChatGPT or as over 400 different AI models, including free ones.

Right.

You can set this up to work completely free, on your, telegram or and whatnot.

You can have it instruct Claude to go do tasks.

And in fact that's how I run run it.

So all of my AI tools, Gemini, Chat, GPT, Codex, which is touchy as well.

all work from the same bucket of information.

And same as my master.

I call it Luke's Master AI.

AI here, call it what you can call yours, whatever you want.

It will then write everything into a shared memory bucket.

So whenever it does anything, it gets put into that memory bucket so that the other AI tools know exactly what's going on.

Also, it, if it requests Claude to do Claude will be able to instantly know that it's been called for from this memory bucket and it will go and do whatever task it is that's needed.

And then my A.I.

here, we'll get that information when it's done and present it to me here in my telegram.

It's essentially giving me the freedom to run my AI business literally off an individual telegram chat.

And you're going to be able to get this too.

This will be one of the first things that we set up.

we're setting all this up, on our webinar series which starts on Monday.

Right.

I it, can you set up a monitoring bot that looks for tasks I do over again manually, and then suggest and plan automations to take over these tasks for me where you see fit.

So this is a cool idea, watch how I work and pitch automations bot.

Let's think about where the signal actually lives before I build it.

Because the Bot watching in thin air is useless.

That is true.

The richest source of what Luke does over is your own session history.

every task that I do it hits the local database.

That's a gold me check to what actually can be done in here.

And that confirms it.

There's a real signal in your history.

Launches reconciliation lists, briefs recovery flows.

a monitoring bot grounded in this will produce genuinely useful automation pictures, not fluff.

How aggressive should the automation bot be?

And you can see here, it creates a whole plan for me.

It says a weekly bot that reads my recent session history, clusters it into repeated task types, cross checks my existing 11 automations that I already have set up.

I've got automation set up like build me a surprise software every day that can work in, in helping me hit my goals of business of making more making more money and saving more time.

And every day I wake up with a surprise new software fully built.

It's crazy.

it'll say after it'll then pitch the top two to three new automations with what?

It'll automate the rough times, it'll save the exact trigger and schedule and a ready to go build plan.

I can even have it build it out if I wanted it to.

but let's say something else.

I will say something like this, hey, just as a quick example, you don't have to build this out.

I just want to know it's, if it's possible, is it possible for you to essentially go out every single day and do a search of the top 30 Instagram and TikTok accounts in my niche and then come back to me with what the most trending content actually is and then break down a variation of that for me and then give me the exact script and imagery script and or post prompt to create similar content as this trending content does.

Hit enter on that and we'll see what it comes up with.

So I'm always having it look out for new opportunities, the things I can build myself.

See, look.

What's 100?

Yeah, it's doable.

and it shows me the different ways you can do it right?

Freeways, third party ways, what it will cost.

If it's free, you could do it for free.

But it's going to be not as reliable because I could end up getting banned but depending on what I wanted to do and then I can go boom.

Answer that.

Literally anything you think of, it could be done in this.

let's just get it up and working for you first.

Then you can ask the AI tools to redesign the look of it if you wish, or add in custom features to your industry or whatnot.

but you'll see again, builds tools while you sleep.

to it, it does it, it'll find money, that you're leaving on the table.

I haven't even talked about that yet.

and every time you use it, it gets sharper, it self improves.

Every single time you ask it to do anything, it'll go out, it'll learn how to do it.

If that doesn't work, whatever reason, it'll find the next way to do it.

way to do it until it accomplishes the job you have asked it to do.

It's like no limits.

It's pretty crazy.

And tying that in with your operating system or your master AI where you've got all your jobs and you can actively be on top of what you're doing and have AI work around the clock for you while you're sleeping, it's just a beautiful combo that you essentially don't need anything else.

any, anything else you need, you, you can have it build for you.

It's pretty cool.

for me it's it just pulls the most recent builds.

and in the tool deck this is some other things that it's built out to.

This is where everything will land when you finish building it.

And then here again an example of me using it in my telegram.

But again you can use it on any of these places down here.

and you can run multiple bots at once.

you can create hundreds of these, individual chats.

You can have one for your personal one for your business if you wanted to.

you know, you can make it however you wish.

And then it will monitor and optimize them to get the best results possible for you.

It'll split test them.

You can run hundreds of split tests without you having to do anything.

AI does it all.

Again, now I recommend just going in the top three things I would say hey, can you go through all of my builds in my code and make sure everything is secure and that no API keys are being leaked and go do that.

That's one of the most important things you could do.

Babel is really, really good at security.

the next thing is have it go over anything that you're building and make sure that the code is optimized and up to date.

So any projects that you might have, say go through all of my projects but because of token usage, use the most important ones, projects that you're working on to have it go through it and optimize any code.

for those projects that'd be the two key big things I would work on right away.

And again if you're just something, starting a project then I would essentially what I would do is I would plan the project first using either Opus or using Sonnet.

Right.

I'll pull this up really quick right now for you.

Alright, so you're here, you've got Fable here.

I would change this over to Sonnet 5.

This is brand new as well.

Plan what your build is, what you're trying to build.

Say hey, I want to make a plan to give to Fable to build out this project.

This is what I'm wanting to do.

Can you help me and ask me any questions that you think I should answer before we provide a script to Fable?

Do the planning in Sonnet.

Not in Fable.

You'll be wasting tokens doing that in Fable.

planning in Sonnet, take it over into Fable afterwards, and then have it run there.

They're the three most important things you could do with right now.

I will do a separate video on it.

and again, you have to the seventh to have that.

But you only have until, Monday to get in on this or until those 12 spots are taken.

Now remember, I know the bottom might not look exactly like this, but there'll be this option for the split play.
