Gamifying AI Training for Your Team 🎮

Hey Etienne from Ellipse Automation.

Here I'm going to be explaining and showing you what these AI games are all about and the thought process we went through when creating them.

So let's get straight into it here you have the lore.

I've shortened this a ton.

in the actual games they would be longer and it would feel more like a game.

But here to be brief I've made it shorter.

But long story short, you have a SAS company, Revline CRM and essentially their Meteor buyer is out so we will have to do their media buying sort of for them.

So the idea is to track, we have created a sample, sort of a replica of Google Ads here.

And the idea is that AI, so CLAUDE will be able to control your computer to go on this replica and actually analyze the campaigns, the creatives and figure out the winners from the losers and tell you the, the lessons it learned essentially.

So this would have taken a lot of time.

for people that have media buyers, you know this, it takes a lot of time and effort to do this and it's pretty repetitive and boring.

So having AI doing this is just wonderful.

long story short, this is what you have to do.

So you get Claude for Chrome.

You you then give it the prompt directly.

Now you might find this counterproductive seeing as these games are aimed at teaching your teammates how to start using Claude and giving them the, the full output isn't really productive.

You are right.

But one, we have to take a step back because the reason people use AI and like why so many people are so bullish about it is that they have realized firsthand how powerful it is.

Right?

So they've seen firsthand that wow, AI can do all of this for me or wow, AI can create an entire campaign from scratch for me.

Right?

They need to see the end result to understand that like okay, this task could have been done by AI and oftentimes people wouldn't think that otherwise if they didn't have that realization.

So that's what we're aiming to do with this prompt is get them to realize that AI is so powerful and AI can do this many things.

So long story short, they just copy paste this and, and they watch AI do the rest.

Right?

and here, this prompt essentially helps them find winners from losers, long story short, they can either drop the plan here or they can just show the takeaway.

So here the takeaway is that AI actually drove the blah, blah, blah, real life ad account.

right.

So now they've understood that AI is super powerful.

Now it's time to actually learn and to learn.

right now I've, I've added a prompt which I will be removing.

but the idea is that now with all, everything they've learned, they can actually start creating a new campaign because they've done all the data analysis and you do data analysis to create later campaigns.

Right?

So this is exactly what they will be doing and prompting AI to do so here.

the idea is that they will essentially create a prompt that will well, prompt Claude to create a new campaign.

and then we will be able to test this.

so since this is our replica, we'll be able to test this and see if that campaign actually does perform better than the others or not.

And that's essentially how we make those team members learn how to use AI, is that first we teach them like, wow, this AI can do all of this.

Now you have to apply it and get hands on and we can tell you if the result you got is correct or not.

And therefore if you prompted AI and guided AI in the way you should have.

So this is essentially how it works.

So we have a set of tools.

I don't know if you saw me use this, but long story short, this is to make this more gamified right here.

The language we use is still very much business terms.

the aim with this is to gamify this even more.

So here, if you've ever done any escape games, you'll know that you oftentimes have a sort of a terminal or something where you have to enter a code that gives you information that is needed in later steps.

Right?

This is exactly what we aim to achieve with this.
