Hey, welcome in.

00:00

If you're watching this, you have got the full toolkit and I want to give you the quick 3 minutes map so that you actually use this instead of just letting it sit there.

00:09

So here's the big picture.

00:10

Your whole entire job search maps to these three stages and nine moves, right?

00:16

So all of it is building towards the one thing right in the middle, which is the right role that you love.

00:22

Getting the right pay with the right purpose and together with the right people.

00:27

So stage one is all about getting seen.

00:29

And most people think that their problem is skill.

00:32

It usually isn't.

00:33

It's about the signal of who you are, where you fit and what changed because of you.

00:38

So we're going to do three things here.

00:40

First we're going to find your fit.

00:42

Next we're going to polish your proof and then finally we're going to fix your signal.

00:47

Right?

00:48

Stage two is all about getting conversation.

00:50

And this is where you stop applying into the void and start talking to people who actually decide on who gets hired.

00:57

You'll build your dream list and then you open up warm chats and you will lead with that value.

01:02

The final stage is stage three, which is when you get the offer.

01:05

This is where you start to learn how to own the room, paint the picture, paint the future.

01:11

And with a 90 days plan and claim your worth with the negotiation.

01:16

All right, and running underneath all of this is your mindset.

01:19

So for the weeks that get start to get heavy for you or feeling overwhelmed, every tool here maps to one of those moves so you don't have to use them all at once.

01:29

Just start where you feel like you are the weakest at.

01:32

And if you're not sure what it is, I will encourage you to run the hiring signal, over here first and it will tell you where it just go through the questions over here.

01:42

Okay, just click start here for any of the tools that you see over here.

01:47

what I want you to do is just click on any of them, open it up and you should load it, up over here on your ChatGPT and just click on the button here which should say start here.

01:59

I'll walk you through, I'll walk you through it step by step and just answer the questions on the screen.

02:04

Don't paste in any of your own prompts, just let it lead.

02:08

And a small tip for you is to make this feel a little more natural, I would encourage you to use a dictation tool.

02:14

You can choose to use the one that ChatGPT has already over here.

02:19

The dictate function, the microphone icon, whether is it on the browser, on the desktop app, or on the mobile app?

02:25

I, encourage you to use this as well.

02:28

Or you could use any other dictation tool like Whisper Flow.

02:30

Handy.

02:31

Super Whisper.

02:32

whatever you have, just talk your answers instead of typing them.

02:36

The AI will read it fine.

02:38

And it, will walk you through one step at a time.

02:41

All right?

02:42

So watch the short video that I've prepared for whichever tool that you're about to use, and then go run it.

02:47

All right, that's it.

02:48

So let's get into it.
