All right, so we previously talked about how to make asana habit, and have it work for you, but I want to, also talk a little bit about, how it's built for real brains and making asana work with you, not against you.
00:18
So, a lot of my tips are neurodivergent, friendly ADHD, in particular, because I know that ADHDers struggle with task, management software, and often get overwhelmed and end up quitting them and things.
00:34
like for anybody else, who does struggle with these things.
00:37
trust me on setting the reminder to check in and make it a habit.
00:41
now, especially for neurodivergent brains, and especially ADHD brains, this can make or break its effectiveness for you, because I know that, that if it's not in front of your face, you're probably going to forget it's there.
00:57
Right?
00:58
and even if you know deep down that it's useful and that you should be using it, if you don't remember to check in or if you don't see it, you're likely to forget about it.
01:07
then if you don't set that reminder to check in, be honest with yourself, you probably won't.
01:12
then it won't work for you.
01:14
So make sure to set that reminder.
01:16
and I know that you likely need to know the why behind asana.
01:18
This can be a really important, and I can do my best to answer this for you, but it's going to be even more effective if you dig deep down into your own why.
01:29
Right.
01:29
Because all of us are going to have different reasons.
01:31
some questions, though, that I came up with that you can consider are what does it mean to you to have an organized business?
01:39
what would it feel like if you always knew where to put a thought, a file, a testimonial, and you knew exactly where to find them too?
01:47
How full does your mind feel right now?
01:50
And what would it feel like if you could offload a bunch of that information and truly know that asana will remember the things for you?
01:58
How much time would you save if you had all these things in order And how much money would you save or make when you can know that Asana is keeping things on track?
02:10
You're not missing deadlines, your team knows exactly what they're doing, and your leads are being followed up with regularly because of the systems that you set up inside Asana.
02:20
So I'll leave you with those, and you can really dig in and think about those.
