Hey, Vahan here and I want to introduce smart skills.

So smart skills are skills that Voker generates based on failure modes it observes across your agents.

So these could be anything from user corrections, which is a concept you might be familiar with at this point, or otherwise other errors, like tool errors, etc.

Skills are tied directly to agents today.

these are also generated, alongside an agent version.

So we auto increment your agent version as skills are generated to accommodate some of these issues.

Another great benefit to skills is that they can often help with your token efficiency.

So one metric we like to track here is cost per resolution.

So a resolution is anytime a user, gets what they want from the agent.

and with skills, you can see exactly when a, skill was added here in this milestone and see whether or not it had a positive or negative effect on your cost per resolution.

So here you'll see I added a skill and it went down by a couple cents.

and so this underperforming status means that Voker decided that this agent needed a skill to improve its performance What happened after is that it actually didn't help, over time, right?
