Yaspa's Intelligent Payments dashboard demo

Hi there, I'm Milosz.

I work in product at Yaspa and I'm responsible for developing our data driven products, for iGaming operators.

And today I will give you a quick walkthrough of the dashboard we've built, insights, metrics, which serves as a primary support for gambling operators to enhance their safer gambling strategies and unlock new commercial opportunities.

Okay, so what we are looking at here is synthetic data but built in a real dashboard that's a fully operational product we have live up and running.

We have that split on the left hand side, merchant overview and customer view.

I'm going to start with a merchant overview.

This is what I call portfolio level intelligence.

It serves as a tool for strategic monitoring, for risk, compliance, but also for commercial teams to oversee total platform health.

Basically it summarises the key stats about the operator's portfolio.

On the left you see KPI portfolio summaries, both for totals as well as averages for factors such as monthly income, gambling deposits, gambling net position and number of customers analysed.

That simple view helps to identify if your player base is becoming more or less financially vulnerable over time.

It's like a quick snapshot of what's going on at the aggregate level of a portfolio.

Below we provide an income breakdown, a simple bar chart presenting month over month split of money sources for the entire portfolio.

It simply answers the question where the money comes from.

Is it salary, benefits, pension?

We identify and categorise quite a broad range of income sources.

So, this is a visualisation of what percentage of your revenue comes from verified salary versus other sources.

In the right corner you can see the total gambling deposit share of wallet.

This pie chart shows the split both for amount and percentage of how much total in total your players spent with you on platform, versus other operators for a given time range.

So we may say that it directly compares your brand's intake against the external spend.
