They get to see detailed insights on their patient, the weeks level, the flag team it the intervention sequence.

Like which step a day is it like monitoring stage and also the review log.

How the details of their reviews like okay this is the last visit day and this is the review I have, this is the next visit day.

This is the all these details is assigned to this particular patient.

They can also log a visit through a visit form.

The system is provided and is connected by four tables.

The air table, the doctor case, the review log and the scan upload.

Why the case stable serve as an operational hub of the system tracking patient information, treatment status, aligner progress, risk level, intervention stages and treatment stimulation.

Why the review log?

table captures clinical review tracking status, reviewers notes, divergence finding and intervention history while they scan, upload, serves and manage rescan and STL file submission.

So one of the key feature of this build is dentists can preview patient progress, identify treatment deviation and initiate course correction or rescan directly from our software portal.

The system also include a role based access control.

Dentists only see their assigned cases while administrator so let's sign in as an administrator the administrator have full visibility across the the organization.

So this Michael Green is an admin you get to see doctors and also see like the full record of doctors can also filter by specialty can also filter by specialty can see all cases so when it comes to the admin they don't get to see a detailed information about the patient just a preview information the patient name, the patient's case number, the assigned doctor, the case status, the progress then the last review date.

So from a technical perspective airtables serve as a relational database while software provide a secure user portal and user experience layouts.

So this project demonstrates a database interface workflow design, SQL operational management, role based permission and no code application design.

By centralizing patient cases, reviews, intervention and rescan in one platform.
