Business Systems Audit Tutorial

Okay, so this tool is going to audit your complete business systems.

So it's going to walk you through 13 areas and you're going to get left with a personalized report, showing you what's going well, what needs to be fixed, priorities, a checklist, everything.

So takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go through.

So just take it one step at a time.

Really think about how your business systems are set up.

and once you're ready, you're going to click start my audit and then you're going to fill in information about your business.

So you're going to put your name, your business type, your role, your team size, your primary project, management tool, anything that you want to put in here for your biggest systems struggle right now.

So like something like my systems feel like a, mess.

I don't know where to find anything when I need it.

Something like that, whatever, whatever you're struggling with, put that in there and it's going to use that, to help customize your report.

So then you'll click continue and then you're just going to go through these multiple choice questions.

So the first one is business operations.

You're just going to go through, read the questions, read the answers and check the one that is most applicable to you.

So I'm just going to go through and do that and then show you what it looks like at the end.

And you'll notice that, this one, for example, is optional.

So if you see an optional one, you can skip it if it's not applicable to you.

but for the purposes of this, I'm just going to go through and then at the end you'll see this Generate my report.

You can always go back and look over your answers if there's anything else you want to change.

but you'll go continue as you go through them.

And then at the end click Generate my report.

And then it will start building your report.

So this takes about 20 to 30 seconds.

This is all coming from my knowledge, my experience.

it is powered by AI, but it's all coming from my head.

I programmed this tool.

but it's going to take your information, customize it with my advice, straight into this report.

Okay.

Then once you're done, you'll see this pop up.

So it's going to give you like just a quick overview before you dive in, letting you know that like this report is very detailed so don't get overwhelmed by it.

you know, pick away as it pick away one step at a time.

And don't, don't panic about doing everything at once because you're not going to be able to do everything at once.

I wanted this to be super comprehensive so you can actually like, I wanted it to be super valuable for you so that you can actually like make your systems super awesome, with my help.

So it also notes here that your progress is saved automatically in your browser.

So you can, as you go through this you can check things off.

There's a checklist in here which you'll see but you can check it off and it'll save your progress for when you come back another day as long as you're using the same computer.

So no worries about like closing it out, taking your time.

It'll still save your progress and it'll save everything for you.

Okay, so the first section, so these toggle down.

So the first section is start here.

It gives you like a quick at a glance of your report and then it gives you one thing to do today because you know, we don't want this to be overwhelming.

One thing to do today.

Here's your thing.

You can check it off when you're done and it'll cross it out like that and again it will save that for you for the next time.

So then tomorrow or next week or whatever, you can come back and view the rest.

That's all you have to do today.

And then it goes over what's already working.

so it'll give you that information and, and, and why it's working.

Then it's going to give you an overview overall system health.

So here it's telling you you know, what's working, what's not, what needs fixing, and then it's going to give you a section by section analysis.

So like for each of those categories that you went through and answered questions, it's going to tell you about each of those and then it gives you a quick win and then like a longer term goal.

And then it also gives you other resources.

These are paid resources, or tools that will help you implement as well.

So some of these are things that I've created.

Some of them are going to be like just tools that I enjoy using, like signwell here.

So it's really.

So it's going to be so helpful for you because it's going to take you through videos of how to set it up and then it's going to give you tools and resources to further help you, get all of this set up and ready to go.

you're going to be so streamlined after you go through all of this.

And then, after that, section by section analysis, you're going to see your top three, three priorities here.

So these are going to be your top three priorities.

So these are the things you're going to do next.

And then, it gives you a 90 day action plan.

So you can put this straight into your project management tool if you'd prefer.

Or again, you can just use this exact tool to just check things off as you go.

Just remember to come back for it.

But it gives you dates.

So here's your month one, based on when you filled it out.

So like today it's June 12th.

So it's telling me that this week, here, or sorry, this month, here's what I can do.

And then it breaks it down by week.

So this week I can do these three things, next week these three things and so on.

and then it gives you a milestone as well.

So really useful stuff here.

And I don't want to make it too overwhelming, so I made it just three things per week and I even put like estimated time in the back in brackets beside each item so you can kind of like plan, flatten your time out better.
