So you got your pet's tag all set up, but when you go to call the number on the tag, nothing happens.

Let's see if we can fix that.

First thing we should do is double-check the number on the account.

Let's open the Crumb app, jump into 'Owner Information'.

That's the little circular icon...

...and you're going to click on contacts.

Here you can see all the contacts on your account, starting with the top one, which is the primary contact.

You can click in here and edit the number if it's not correct.

If you're using your own phone to scan the tag and call your number, sometimes Crumb can be a bit weird calling with your own phone.

So you should get like a friend to test it out.

If it's still not working, you should see if your phone is screening calls from unknown numbers.
