When a person scans your lost pet's tag, the first thing they're going to want to do is get a hold of you.

In case you're unable to answer your phone, you're going to want to have a second, or even third trusted person's contact information on your profile.

Premium users can add as many extra contacts as they like.

Right now, I'm going to show you how to make sure your own contact information is correct...

We're going to start by opening the Crumb app.

Next we're going to open up the 'Owner Information'.

That's the top right circular icon.

And then we're going to click on 'Contacts'.

Right now we can see that we only have a 'Primary Contact'.

That's me.

The name of that contact right now is 'Owner'.

You can leave it like that if you like, but I'm just going to put my first name here.

And now that's the way it's going to show up on the tag.

Obviously, it's very important that this phone number is correct.

Click update, and then we can add an additional contact.
