Hi there Alpha anywhere families, this is Joe and the moment is finally here.

This video.

We're going to take a look at both the student experience inside of Timeback anywhere and some of the parent features we've been quietly adding back at your parent portal to help you out with insights and data in a way that does not compare to what we were doing before with Study real.

I think you're really going to like it.

So we're going to kind of break this video up into two parts as we consolidate everything that students will be able to access and all of their experiences in time back anywhere.

And we heard you loud and clear doing the same and getting all the parent experiences consolidated back to atlas a place that you're all already familiar with.

So let's do them in that order.

And we're going to take a look at some example and sample student data so you can get a lay of the land so you know what to expect.

And I promise my excitement is genuine.

We are really just so proud of where we're at and getting this in yalls hands.

So this is the main dashboard that your students are going to see when they start their work each day.

And I hope right off the bat you can see that this is a clean interface.

We spent a lot of time listening to your feedback feedback and laying this out in a way that's approachable for kids, understandable for them yet, enough sort of workhorse, power behind the scenes, to really bring the power of the program, to this interface.

Now you can see right across the top.

You know we've got any assigned tests and your children will all start with placement tests.

So this row should be full for everyone.

When we get the program converted, it shows the assigned date up here in the top right hand corner, the grade level that this test is going to be for.

Obviously the subject right here across the title.

And then getting everyone familiar with XP instead of just mastery 1 and 0.

Did we master, did we not the new XP mechanic.

you can see how many XP this test is worth.

And we have one here in this test both for reading science and vocabulary.

Again, don't forget, vocabulary is now part of the extended curriculum, the fun sibling to fast math to work on the automaticity for vocabulary.

Now, so if we click on any of these tests, we're going to jump right into that test.

you know, and let's instead look down here and see what we got going on at the bottom here, at the bottom here, we've got our core subjects.

So we've got our Daily math xp tally.

25 xp is the goal for the day.

5 days in the week.

125 xp is the goal for the week.

you can pop into these, how to earn xp.

It'll bring up sort of a subject by subject playbook, for your children to get quickly oriented if they forget.

And how do I earn xp?

so very quick, handy tool here.

let's go ahead and jump in.

by the way, let's call out the activity log.

What have I done recently?

kind of nice to see a little history log here.

again, something very new and differentiated from study real.

so you can kind of see the progress that you're making as you're making with a nice little refresh button hanging out right there in the corner.

If we hit jump in, we can see that we're going to jump into Math Academy in fourth grade.

Let's jump in.

Here's our login credentials.

my preference is just to go ahead and copy these so we can copy the username.

Now we hit launch.

Okay, we paste the login.

By the way, if you want to see it, it's Ilove school password might be different.

Paste that there and boom.

We're not going to save the password, but we're going to jump in and boom, we're right here inside Math Academy and we can jump in and start with those first lessons and see the XP values that these are all worth.

Now, once, I get started, if I close this.

You've got the Pomodoro timer sitting in the background here.

Now, it's just a guide.

Remember, learning time counts as learning time.

So if your child walks away and then they come back this time.

Or we'll keep running.

But as a good guide, just for how long have I been working?

You've got this timer sitting right here, which you can pause.

Of course, if you get done with the session early, you can end the session early.

Once you've mastered and gone through all of the XP here, you're all set.

So pretty cool.

Pretty nice, right?

let's go ahead and End the session early and of course I did that in one minute.

no problem.

Let's say I want to go back and see now where am I at?

your XP will refresh, as this platform communicates with each of the apps and updates the xp, it'll add it to the activity log.

let's say I jump into language, look at all the activity I have in language and if I'm ready to start, boom, I can jump in, I can do language and you get the idea.

Or I can just quick select my subjects here and see exactly what's waiting for me in each of these subjects.

Very, very, very cool.

And again, yours will probably look a little bit different.

back at my main screen, I can also follow the mastery track down here across the left.

Very easy.

badges we're not going to talk about just today.

We'll let that mature just a little bit.

and then down here kids can jump in to see their alpha bank to see how their XP is translating into alpha coins.

Pretty, pretty cool.

we hope this solves a lot of some of the former friction we had with studyreal where things took a long time to update.

By the way, when you take these placement tests up here, something you can look forward to.

That's a nice bonus.

the next placement test is served up pretty quickly.

Like think minutes, not a day.

So you're going to be able to go through these placement tests and find the right starting point relatively quickly.

Now that's really beneficial for families who are just starting out.

That's really nice for families who are migrating, who have been on Study Real.

overall just a much more immediate sort of send and return between all of these apps.

Now kids don't get to have all the fun parents.

We're going to take a look at what your experience looks like because in the past what you were doing is you were sort of logging into the same kids, platform you were logging into Study Real and seeing the same things they were seeing.

Yes, you can still do that now.

You can still do that now if you want to.

You can see exactly what they're looking at, what lessons they're doing.

You get the same view they are, but your login again, we're putting everything for you in one place.

So you've only got to remember to go to one place and that is at Parents Alphaanywhere co it's the same place you started your journey except for A few people who've been here for a very long time.

but if you go to parent.alphaanywhere.co and pull up your, dashboard over here in the top left, you may or may not have this complete your parent orientation.

That's there for a limited amount of time for folks who are just joining the program.

But everyone as of now will have this student selector down here at the bottom.

And if you choose a student on the list, you have the data right here of how your child is doing.

You can see the XP totals that they're earning, the activities that they're completing in each of their subjects.

So let's like, take a look and see what this looks like.

Let's move it back a week.

How's my kid doing today?

Is probably the most popular question we get from parents.

And it's very easily answered here.

And again, you have a daily and, and a weekly view.

If you want to flip on the toggle that says view all metrics, you're also going to get some additional metrics, including ones you're probably familiar with from study Real, including how many lessons were completed, what was their working accuracy, and what was their active time.

Active time is important because that actually means learning time.

If I start a lesson in reading and I get up and go or I've been distracted for 20 minutes, that will not count as active time.

Active time is actually engaging with the lessons, which is the measurement that you're looking for.

It's the one that you want.

So very, very cool.

If I click on one of these subjects, it's going to bring up a more detailed form.

and again, you all have been asking for this for a very long time.

I've got the jogger here at the top showing my total progress in this grade level in math.

And you can see that's currently sitting at 3%.

Nine out of 316 lessons complete my XP, total working accuracy, active time.

Obviously this student has just gotten started in this grade level.

daily goals, weekly goals, and then the recent activity.

You got it all right here.

Mom and dad.

So very, very cool.

if I want to back up and look at mastery again, very cool.

Let's look at fast maths.

Let's look at, yeah, math.

Great.

So we go to math.

And here what I've got and is, I've got the history of the progression between grade levels.

When it occurred, what test it was, how your child scored.

And you can see your child's progression by date just by hovering over these, little nodes.

one thing right now, this is still best experienced in, desktop.

mobile is going to be another day, but there's a ton of data for you all here.
