Hi there, I just want to take you on a quick tour of the NOAN workspace.

So NOAN is a new way to think about how to run your business with AI and it's built around two key principles.

The first first is natural language control.

What I mean by that is that you can talk to your company using natural language, not prompting.

So let me give you a really good example here.

I'm just going to add a task, add a task to onboard a customer.

I'm just going to tell it exactly what I want it to do, set a deadline of Friday and tag it customer success.

Now, the NOAN assistant can control all of the product.

You can ask it to add tasks, create assets, add notes, add contacts to your network and it will take those actions for you.

You just have to talk to it like an employee and use the language you'll find within NOAN.

So you can see here, this has added a task to onboard this new customer.

Now, I could have asked it to put this in backlog, set the status of this task to in progress and it could have done those things too.

I could have asked it to assign this task to one of our team and it would have connected it to them.

But the key thing to take away is that you can talk to this assistant just like an employee and it will take actions for you across NOAN.

Now, the second important principle to understand about when working on NOAN is that instead of working with a mess of Disconnected documents and PDFs, your business is built around a business brain.

And it's built at its core around the facts for the business.

Each of these facts is an atomic element of the company.

These are core facts that are like Lego bricks for your company.

The NOAN assistant uses this brain whenever it needs it to find those right facts at the right time so that you can get accurate responses from it.

You can manage those Lego bricks by just asking the assistant to make changes to your facts, or you can manage them here in the facts page by jumping into them and making any changes you need.

And every change, whether by a human or by the assistant, is all tracked and auditable.

And as soon as you set it live, you set it live for your entire team so that everyone, for the first time ever, is working from the same source of truth from that fact layer.

Now, when you're talking to the assistant, you can use text, or the majority of our users will use a dictation plugin, just like I'm doing.
