You can onboard a new policy.

You can edit it directly in the platform or simply import it from a PDF or Word document.

And here I can now see my existing Information Security policy.

This policy can be published and this will generate a new version of your information security policy directly within the platform.

You can see that you have one version of this given policy and you can then always start a new draft.

So let's start a new version and fix some of these.

You can also link the given sections to your framework controls just like this.

And in this way you can make your policy come to life.

You can always see a change history in terms of what changed from one version to another.

And when you publish the new version you can give it a description and publish version 2.0 in this example.

And now you will have a version history with multiple versions.

You can view the policy directly in the platform and you can also find the PDF documents for each version over here.

You also need to make sure that your colleagues read the policy and sign off on that.

You can distribute a policy to either a user or just you email in the platform so I could select that John Doe and me myself should receive this policy.

Now I will receive an email showing the policy and giving me the possibility to sign off on the policy.

I will have the possibility to read the policy and I will have the possibility to confirm that I have read the policy.

Now the status is updated to signed and you can see that one out of two sign offs have been made on this version.
