Hey, I'm, Louise.

I help driven and growth minded women who are ready for more to break through to their next level of income, of wealth, and of success by rewiring their identity and by rewiring the hidden subconscious patterns that have been holding them back.

But this work is not just something I teach, it's something that I've lived.

See, for most of my life.

When I really put my mind to something, I found a way to make it happen.

I transformed my health from being really unwell, to thriving.

And I used to live in a real place of scarcity inside of myself.

And my husband and I have worked really hard to create a solid financial foundation for our family.

And I've built a life that in many ways I'm actually really proud of.

But when it came to my business, for many years, I kept hitting what I now call an invisible ceiling.

And I would set the goals, I would take the courses, and I learned the strategies and I did the work.

But somehow I kept coming back to the same level.

My business was fine, but it just wasn't thriving.

And for a long time, I thought that I needed another strategy or I thought that I needed to do more.

But then a few years ago, one of my mentors showed me that I was trying to create my next level business from an identity that could not yet hold that next level.

You see, there was actually a deeper part of me that, didn't feel safe to be fully seen or to be fully successful, or to be fully paid or to be fully in my power.

And so I had to stop asking, what else do I need to do?

And I needed to start asking, who do I need to become to hold the life and the business that I really want?

And it was that shift that changed everything for me and everything for my business.

Because here's the truth.

When your identity changes, there is this really powerful ripple effect in your environment.

When your identity shifts, your standards change, your decisions change, your actions change, and your results change.

And so I help women to break through that outdated identity that has been holding them back.

And I help them to step into their most confident self and to start taking bold action so that they can create the income, the wealth, and the success that they know that they are here for.
