Hi.

00:01

This is a quick overview of the three different data analytics, reporting and dashboarding functions that our customers have with Voyager Portal.

00:12

First one you're looking at here is our, standard out of the box dashboard.

00:16

This become, this is available to every single customer on day one.

00:21

It is locked and loaded and there is no way to change this, without engineering work.

00:26

This is designed to basically just give you a quick overview, of the status of your claims, how many you have open, and give you a really quick way to go directly to this claim.

00:37

The second dashboard we have completely out of the box is our demurrage KPI's dashboard.

00:42

This is designed to help demurrage analysts answer the most commonly asked questions that you may get asked any time of the day.

00:51

so for example, how much demurrage do we have a specific port based on certain time frames?

00:56

what is the demurrage by country, demurrage by cargo counterparty?

01:01

And we also have some basic analytics around the specific additions and deductions that are caused by specific clauses in the contracts.

01:10

So again, a very basic out of the box dashboard.

01:13

The second type of dashboards we have are what we call our, custom dashboards.

01:18

And so these look slightly different.

01:22

and these are controlled on our side and we build them for you.

01:27

So you essentially design the spec for the dashboard.

01:30

You design, tell us the layout, the colors we can iterate.

01:34

with you on this, we can put in different filters.

01:37

There's a lot of flexibility here.

01:39

This, is just an example of how some of these dashboards can look.

01:43

But from a design perspective you have a huge amount of flexibility.

01:47

Now these are locked intentionally, so you can have them across the company and they kind of become your industry or your company standard dashboards.

01:55

some other examples we may have in here could be related to financial breakdowns by trade lane, by region, by carrier.

02:06

as explained, there is a huge amount of flexibility in this one.

02:11

Let me find a different one.

02:16

Now, the final type of analytics tool we have is a optional extra.

02:22

it is a premium feature that you must license from us and that is our analytics tool.

02:28

our analytics solution allows you to fully create your own custom dashboards and reports.

02:36

This data plugs in directly to the database, and allows you to create any kind of visualizations, dashboards and reports.

02:45

If you're familiar with other data visualization tools such as Power bi, you'll notice that there are a lot of similarities.

02:52

The great thing about this feature is it is natively embedded in the system.

02:55

It is connected directly to the database for all the claim data that you're processing.

03:00

You can easily share it, you can copy it, you can distribute it, you can export it to PDF.

03:06

this essentially gives you full freedom around the data.

03:10

This is perfect for enterprises that may have business analysts that want to come in or you have really extensive data reporting capabilities.

03:19

Let's just create a really simple example.

03:21

So here I'm going to create a new visualization.

03:25

My data model is showing up on the left hand side.

03:28

So I have my financial data and my non, financial data.

03:33

Let's say I want to put in a, date filter at the top of this dashboard and I want to just look at demerge by vessel.

03:42

so I'm just going to say vessel name.

03:50

And I want to put in settled amount.
