Let's jump into a quick tutorial on how to use it.

Once you're in our Partner Hub, you can easily navigate to the rooming list feature by going to the booking sections of your property.

there you'll see anything that needs action and any other upcoming events.

You can easily click into the inquiry and see here the status of what needs review.

We ask for a rooming list deadline when the booking is closed within BoomPop, but you're always able to change this if it needs to be adjusted.

You can edit the deadline here or also directly in the rooming list page You'll see here we automatically pull in the RSVP information that we've gathered from your client and their guests.

What you'll need to do first is download this information as a CSV or Excel and pop it into your rooming list template.

You also could use an AI agent like Claude or ChatGPT to quickly do this for you as well.

Once you have your file filled out, you can easily upload it into the platform and we'll go through and pull out any errors that we have or any discrepancies between the two lists.

Can easily view your errors and correct your document and re upload it to ensure that it's the most accurate and up to date if the client has pushed any new changes since the rooming list deadline has passed, you can easily go in the updates and changes section and either accept any changes like be, or reject them as desired.

If you choose to reject a change, you can easily provide a note and move forward from there.

you'll also have access to a full change log so you can see what was accepted, what was rejected, and kind of keep track of things there.
