"If I could just clone my best agent"

Every broker I get on a call with at some point, I ask them, if you could clone one of your agents on your team or brokerage, who would it be and why?

And they almost always laugh because they immediately know exactly who it is.

And then they describe, this person does 15 to 20 deals a year, never complains, brings some energy to the office first.

Other good agents, low maintenance, high output, the kind of person that if you had five more of them, you could step back from production completely yourself.

And then I asked, so why aren't you just going out and finding more of that person?

And the answer is always the same.

They're waiting on referrals that may or may not come of producing agents.

They're cold calling agents who weren't looking and won't stay right, those producing agents.

And they're posting on indeed.

And getting people who've never even sold a house.

And none of those methods start with the person that you actually want.

They start with whoever shows up or says yes.

Before we run a single ad or send a single text, we sit down and we build out exactly who your best agent is, their experience level, their production, what they care about, what they're frustrated with at their current brokerage or team, what will make them move.

We get specific and then everything, we build the ads, the message, the targeting is designed to attract that exact profile, not agents in general, that specific person.

So instead of posting a job and seeing who applies, you're putting a message in front of, let's say, two 43 year old agents at another team or brokerage in your city who's doing 18 deals a year and is tired of their current setup.
