Now that your integration is set up, let's go ahead and get your phone numbers added.

Each user in Salesfinity gets 10 phone numbers.

You want to make sure you use all 10.

I'll explain why in just a second.

Go ahead and click the phone number dropdown at the top of the screen, then select Manage Numbers.

You've got two options here.

The first is Auto Pick.

Click that and Salesfinity will automatically assign the 10 area codes with the highest propensity for pickup that we're seeing across the platform.

If you're not sure where to start, this is going to be the move.

The second option is adding numbers manually by area code.

If you know the territories you're calling into, type in the area code and select the number from the list.

Keep in mind it's first come, first serve.

If that number isn't available, it won't populate and you can try a different one now.

Why do you need all 10?

If you're dialing 80 people in an hour from a single number, carriers are going to flag it.

The more numbers you have in rotation, the cleaner they stay and the longer they're going to hold their standing.

All right, so now that you have your numbers added, let's head back into Dialer Preferences and make sure that we have Smart Rotate toggled on.

Smart Rotate automatically cycles through your numbers every five dials, so not a single one gets overused during that session.

This is exactly why having all 10 numbers matters.

Right below that, you'll see SmartConnect.

That's area code matching.

If you find that your connect rates are better when your number matches your prospect's area code, go ahead and turn that on, hit save and you're all set.
