How to Use AI Auto-Replies in Crewa 🤖

I'm going to show you how to configure and use the AI auto replies feature within crewa.

So the basis of what this feature is, our brands who get lots of inbound messages where creators are messaging you quickly use AI to understand what the creator is asking about and send an automated response.

So, so this is not to be confused with, CRM campaigns which are used to send messages based off of how much creators earn or if they've sampled certain products and This is specifically for handling, large volumes of inbound messages just creators are complaining about something or if they're asking to collab, you know, just a way to quickly send replies.

So we start off with all of these preset, predefined ones that you can use, which, we've determined are the most common cases.

For example, a creator being like, hey, I've just applied for a sample.

You can send a quick reply, hey, thanks for your interest.

We've received your sample and we'll get back to you shortly.

You can change, the reply.

So essentially what the AI is doing is it's just reading the creator message and deciding which category does it fall under and then you're deciding, what to respond in that case.

And you can edit the response here.

Or for example, creator whose sample has been rejected.

This is a really popular one when, creators get frustrated that you've rejected their sample.

Like, hey, why did you reject my sample request after you invited me?

Send this reply.

Hey, we appreciate your interest.

Unfortunately we weren't able to approve it at this time and so on.

We, also have what we call a catch all response to anything else.

We usually recommend keeping this off because it will just literally respond to any message that does not fall into one of the predefined categories.

but if you do want to turn that on, you can just put a generic message like, hey, thanks for your message.

We'll get back to you as soon as we get the chance.

and then you can add custom messages.

So if these response types don't suit your, criteria, you can add a custom condition.

So give it a title.

For example, asking if product is organic.

And then you're going to describe when it should be triggered.

So this should be triggered when the affiliate asks if our nutritional supplements are organic.

And then you're going to give some examples.

For example, hey, is your product organic?

Does your product contain pesticides?

Right, Something like this.

This is going to allow.

You're going to be basically be training the AI here to understand what sort of query you're looking for.

And then you click Add Condition and then you say the response.

Thanks for your message.

Yes, all of our products are certified organic.

Whatever you'd like to reply to me, obviously this is just an example, but now we have a custom condition and our own custom reply.

When you're done, you'll click Save and then you can start, it.

When you click Start, then it's running every time it sends a message.

The logs will be shown below here so you'll see exactly who it's replying to, what it replied with, and if you'd like to expand that chat, you can simply click the chat window and it'll pop open everything here and you can continue the conversation or just view it, within the messages panel, which you can also access by clicking the Creator Messages button.

Here you can filter by only AI Replies and just click this AI Replies tab and just look through all the creators who you sent AI replies to as well.
