Hey, I'm daniel, the CEO, of, adexia.
00:02
Ultimately, at Adexia, our core goal is to try to optimize our societal impact and do whatever it takes to positively impact and change the world.
00:13
And we see education as by far the best industry to dedicate our time towards because it's arguably one of the most important components of our society, but one of the most flawed and underserved, components giving us the capacity to have a substantial contribution.
00:28
It's also one of the factors that we think will lead to an increase in societal fulfillment to the greatest degree possible.
00:35
And whereas we did consider working on providing resource abundance to the world through contributing to the energy sector or AGI, We realized that we could have a greater contribution to increasing net societal fulfillment by contributing to the nurture of the human civilization through education.
00:51
And so our core goal is to help rebuild the education system into a curiosity led and mastery based approach that actually fits in the age of AI and for the society to come.
01:01
And we have a, you know, grand plan on how we want to accomplish this.
01:05
And it all starts with the initial wedge and initial area of impact in the assessment space and then rapidly expands out from there.
01:12
We, however, have quite a intense culture to try and accomplish this.
01:16
Ultimately, we just want to optimize our impact and we're willing to go to very far extremes to make that possible.
01:23
We think that if you truly want to optimize your impact in your life, you need to be willing to have a period where you're completely obsessed and consumed by the impact you're trying to have.
01:34
We're looking for people who are willing to sacrifice everything, at least for a period of time, to really maximize their output and their contribution to society, and are willing to think about the vision and their work, and their output every second of every day.
01:50
Because we believe to truly optimize our impact, we need to build the most elite, talent dense team humanly possible, where everyone is completely focused and consumed by the goal.
02:01
I will do whatever it takes to make it happen.
02:04
So if you're not willing to make that degree of personal sacrifice, then this isn't the role for you.
02:09
If you are, however, and you want to be surrounded by other people who do, and surrounded by some of the smartest, most driven people in the world, Then you might be the right fit.
02:16
And it's taken us a while to get to the good position that we're currently in.
02:20
But the key thing about me, Nathan and the team is that we'll never give up.
02:24
And then we think we've been able to build ourselves to an incredibly good position to have an incredibly big impact in the near future.
02:32
We've been able to raise funding from some of the best people in the startups and education space, we've been able to prove out the market in some of our early work, and we've now been able to prove out initial product, market fit and initial wedge.
02:45
So now we need to build the most talent dense, elite engineering team humanly possible to expand that wedge and expand across.
02:52
Australia, the US and globally.
