Cruva: Affiliate CRM Reports Tab Overview

For today's topic, we're going to jump into how do we use a Cruva's reporting dashboards to be a data driven company on TikTok Shop to scale successfully?

In order to find these reports, you'll navigate over to affiliate CRM.

then hit reports.

The first thing that you're going to see on this page is your affiliate demographics in relation to your bottom line over this date range.

What this does is helps us expose the type of demographics that are driving the most GMV for your brand.

So we can use that upstream for better targeting.

If I click this drop down, I can see demographics in a myriad of different reporting, lights.

If I click on video gmv.

Let's assume this was your data.

If we saw that female affiliates who have a casual tone, who frequently show their face are driving anywhere from 70 to 75% of the total GMV over this date range, we want to go find more affiliates with those demographics because our data tells us that works.

In addition to this dashboard, we can keep scrolling down and what we have here is the ability to see what age groups are purchasing your products the most in TikTok.

So again we have age groups broken down by percentage so you can understand, okay, who's actually purchasing my product and what age are they.

Underneath this we have a sample funnel over time to give you and your team an understanding of how effectively your sampling is actually going.

The retention dashboard here is one of the most effective dashboards that we have inside of Kruva.

The name of the game in TikTok Shop is retention.

The reason why is every time your existing affiliates post again, that cost per video is going down and their GMV is going up.

so the longer that we can retain affiliates and keep them posting, the more valuable is to us.

From a margins perspective.

We can cut and splice retention by a myriad of different data points and metrics as well as see what retains L1 through L4 creators versus L5 through L7 creators because it tends to be drastically different.

In addition to that, I can click into any of these cohorts and see all the affiliates a part of this cohort and how they're performing and export this data if need be.

Furthermore, insights here are explaining what you're looking at up here.

Underneath this we give you creator overview.

So what we're trying to understand here is by creator level, who's driving the most GMV for us, once we understand that we can use that for targeting upstream.

So here we see from L2 to L4 that's driving lion's share of our GMV.

So maybe we want to target these types of creators when we're sending target collabs out.

Underneath that is creator efficiency.

So this allows you to understand who your most efficient creators are so you can gamify them and keep them around.

We've all run into a creator who has 30 posts for your shop and has driven sizable amounts of GMV for you.

However, when you peel back the curtains you you see that one of those 30 videos drove all the GMV for you.

That's not necessarily a person that we want to retain.

What we do want to retain is the affiliates who have consistency and are efficient in driving GMV for you.

So now using this tool we can find your most consistent and efficient affiliates and use that information to reach out and gamify them or retain them.

Underneath this we have the ability to see posts per creators.

And lastly, a sample report to understand how efficiently your sampling is going by creator level.

These reports are really unlocking and will allow us to become data driven companies.

In TikTok, we're going to know exactly what's working well and why, as well as what isn't working well and why, which is just as valuable.
