Cruva: Content Tab Overview

What's going on, everyone?

This is Wyatt Shaman coming to you live from Cruva.

For today's topic, we're going to jump into all of the things that you can do with Cruva's content tab.

To get there, we'll navigate over to the left hand menu and hit content.

From here, we'll hit videos.

When you come into the videos portion of content, what you're going to see is all of the videos that your affiliates have been posting for you and the top hooks and selling points across the date range that you've demarcated here.

As I change this date range, you'll see the total number of posts will change because this is pulling in posts over this date range.

Now, something that you might notice here.

Well, Wyatt, what's the difference between this date range and a performance time range?

So this date range is controlling the amount of posts that you see the GMV driven over this amount of time.

When I create a performance time range, this allows me to see exactly how all of my posts over a given date range are performing from a GMV perspective.

This is helpful for me understanding.

Okay, hey, that video that was posted four months ago for us, how much of that GMV came from month?

You know, three to two.

Spikes in GMV on videos can tell you about what you should put in your content calendar moving forward.

So being able to cut and splice performance and GMV at a video level is unique to Kruva and very powerful for our brands.

Furthermore, in here we can filter to find specific videos that we want to prioritize.

And in addition to that, if I like one of these videos, I, I can create a request usage right to send to the affiliate.

And if they say yes, you can use this video, you're free to use the video off platform in any manner that you'd like.

Coming out of videos and going down to lives as affiliates post lives for you, you'll be able to see all of your lives and how they've performed directly inside of Kruva.

Here underneath Lives is Creator Briefs.

Creator Briefs are really impactful for sending new affiliates when they're getting their sample from you.

Creator Briefs are very impactful because we want to inform new affiliates of things that they could say to help them find success early and often so they continue to keep posting with us using Kruva.

we have the ability to create these briefs directly inside of our platform, track views, as well as use our AI to help build the actual creator brief itself.

So when we land in the creator brief, I can control the basic information and branding.

I can hit content right here.

I can hit Dynamic.

If you already have videos accrued for products inside of TikTok, our system will go through, pull out your best videos and break down why these videos work to your affiliate.

In addition to that, if you send out a target collaboration with more than one product in the past, you'd usually have to send out multiple creator briefs for all three or four of those products.

Using Dynamic, the affiliate can simply go, okay, I understand what to do for the vanilla protein powder, but what do I need to do for the gummy protein bites that I'm also receiving?

So the affiliate has full autonomy to click through your different products and see different videos and inspiration that has worked for them, saving you time.

In addition to that, we can also do static, which just allows us to control more manually the type of videos that we're bringing into the actual creator brief, the hooks that we want to give to our affiliates.

Kruva's AI suggested hooks will pull in hooks that have worked well for you in the past, so you can add them in here.

Guidelines will show up as clear do's as a green check and don'ts as a red check mark.

In addition to that you can add in community features as well as if you have a existing creator brief, you can download that as a PDF, and add that to your creator brief as well.

So Creator Briefs inside of Kruva are extremely easy and wildly impactful to your new affiliates who are out there getting ready to create for you.

Underneath Creator Briefs is moderation.

Moderation allows us to set up rules that are constantly scraping your affiliates content to ensure they're saying exactly what they should be saying or if they miss mention anything, it'll flag that and we can reach out to those affiliates to get another video in addition to that.

Underneath moderation I can click into Halo Effect.

This allows you to connect your Shopify and Amazon to see how TikTok drives purchasing behavior off platform.

This is correlation level data.

You have the ability to click into specific products and how they're working or see a blended report of how all your products on TikTok are driving purchasing behavior off platform as well.

And lastly inside of content we have Insights.

Insights is breaking down why certain videos for you have gone viral so we can take that information and relate that to our existing affiliates to get another video up first we see products and how they're converting.

You're going to quickly understand the video lifespan to how long your affiliate videos tend to stay and sell.

Hook effectiveness lets you know which hooks from your affiliates have been working actively inside of the marketplace.

We can take this information and relay this to our existing affiliates to spark a next video idea from them.

Selling point effectiveness are selling points that actually got people to stop and purchase.

We can again relay these selling points to our existing affiliates to hopefully spark their next video being posted.

Underneath this I can understand who my fastest rising affiliates are.

I want to keep an eye on this because as affiliates can find, success with me, I really want to identify them and gamify them so they continue to stay around and post for me.

Top performing videos here will show you your top performing videos so you can best understand why they worked.

And then furthermore, content format is like having your own personal chef that is breaking down the recipe of your most viral videos.

We can take this combination and relay that to existing affiliates to again hopefully spark their next video being posted.

Because remember everyone, it's the affiliate's job for the first video.

It's our job for the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth video.

Let's inform our affiliates of good hook ideas, total transcripts for videos as well as successful combinations that could help them find more success and us drive more gmv.
