If you receive an email from Crumb saying that one of your payments failed, that's totally fine.

I'm going to show you what you need to do in order to avoid any kind of disruption to your premium service.

First thing you'll need to do is log into the Dashboard.

Once you're in the dashboard, you should see a button here that says 'Reactivate now'.

go ahead and click on that and it's going to open up a page that will allow you to re-enter your payment information.

You can also choose to enter a new card if that suits you better.

Once you enter your new card information, click 'Reactivate Protection' and you should see the charge go through right away.

Your Premium subscription should resume right away as well.
