It's important to keep a pet's info up to date because this impacts how quickly they can be returned to their owner.

But But the same is true for you, the owner!

I'm going to show you how easily you can change any information about yourself on your profile.

I'll even show you how you can restrict certain information that you don't want other people seeing on your pet's tag.

First, we're going to open up the Crumb app.

Now we're on the homepage, we're going to click the Owner Information button.

So that's the little photo of either yourself at the top If you've uploaded one, or might be your initials, click that.

Here we can see a whole bunch of information that we can change if we want.

Starting Starting with account details.

I can change my name, my email, my phone number, and the address.

It's important to be aware that the email on here is the email that I use to access my account.

So I need to remember if I change it.

If I change the address, that's going to change the address that's seen on the tag.

Next we have contacts.

So premium users can add as many contacts as they like.

The person under primary contact is the first number that will appear when somebody scans the tag.

Next, we have addresses.

again, the top one will be the primary, so that'll be the first one that shows up.

Next, we have Privacy Mode.

If you enable Privacy Mode, this is going to hide the first line of your address.

Next we have a link right to the help center where you can see all kinds of other information and other videos just like this one.

If you're curious about all the benefits offered to you as a premium subscriber, You can click on see your premium benefits and scroll down.

It's also super easy to add a profile picture or change the one you already have.

You just got to click on that little camera icon at the top and it's going to access your camera roll and you can choose whatever you like.
