Start by checking your email.

You're going to be looking for one of two things.

First, see see if there's tracking info available in your country. (UK/US/Australia) And see if there's an email in your inbox offering a link for your tracking info.

If you find one, go ahead and click that link and it should show you what's going on with your package.

If you don't find tracking info, have a look for an address confirmation email from Crumb I'll show you what that looks like.

If you see something like that, open it up and it's just asking me to confirm my address.
