How to order a replacement pet tag v02

Sometimes a tag can be lost or damaged and will need to be replaced.

Premium users can order a replacement tag for free right in the app at any time.

first, though, I should mention that if you're here because you have a new pet and you want to order a tag for them, you'll need to order what we call an additional tag, and I'll link those instructions below.

It's worth noting that when you order a replacement tag, it will deactivate the old tag as it's considered lost or damaged.

you don't want to accidentally order a replacement tag if you don't need one or you're trying to order one for a new pet.

With that out of the way, here's how you go about ordering a replacement tag.

Start by opening the Crumb app, and then we're going to find the pet that, is missing their tag.

You can swipe left and right if you need to.

Click on their profile.

Scroll down, click on Order Replacement tag.

Then we're going to follow the steps here.

Hit Next and this is going to ask us to confirm our address.

Make sure your address is correct, otherwise you might not get your order.

Hit Next Just confirm everything here and when you're ready, hit order.
