Premium members can order a replacement tag right in the app for no extra cost.

Start by opening the Crumb app, and then we're going to find the pet that, is missing their tag.

You can swipe left and right if you need to.

Click on their profile.

Scroll down, click on Order Replacement tag.

Then we're going to follow the steps here.

Hit Next and this is going to ask us to confirm our address.
