If your pet is unfortunately no longer with you, you'll want to remove them from your account.

Fortunately, this is easy to do.

Just open the Crumb app and log in.

If you have multiple pets, swipe left or right to find the pet you'd like to remove, then click on their profile and then click on Edit Pet Details at the bottom.

There's an option to remove pet, so just click that.

It's going to ask you if you're sure, because if you say yes, the action cannot be undone.

If you ever accidentally remove a pet, you'll need to contact customer support (support@crumb.pet) and we can add them back to your account.
