Log in to the Dashboard

All right, I'm going to show you how to log into your Dashboard.

So the Dashboard is an alternate way to access your Crumb account.

You use a browser instead of the app.

but it's almost the same thing.

you're going to need to use the Dashboard in order to manage your subscription, access your invoices, or adjust your payment information, that kind of thing.

So the first thing you do is you go in any browser I'm using Firefox, you just go to crumb.pet and then click up here to log in, and it's going to ask me to put in my email.

So I'll go ahead with that.

And make sure you're using the email that you used to create your Crumb account.

If you use a different email, it won't work.

So now it's prompting me to put in a six digit code.

This code will either be sent to your phone number, or your email that you used to sign up.

If you don't see a code, make sure you check your spam folder, your junk folder, that kind of thing because it might end up in there.

You should also check that you don't have any kind of blocker set up to screen unknown texts on your phone just in case the code was sent to your phone.

so now I can see the code has been sent to my email so I'm just going to copy that and back on the Chrome page here I'm going to paste that into the verification slot and click on Verify code.

And just like that I'm into my dashboard and from here I can do all sorts of things.

Like I can see my pets.

If I click over here on my pets I can edit their information.

If I go down a bit I can see click on my services and now I can see my subscription and these tabs allow me to see the payment method and invoices and to log out you just click over here on logout.
