Cruva: CRM Automations + Groups (Sample Shipped, Unfulfilled, etc.)

Today I'm going to share with you quickly exactly how to make CRM automations, which are the messages we get to set up to build relationships with new and existing creators at any condition in their stage.

Starting off, for example, let's say that we want to send a message out to someone once the sample has been shipped.

This is going to do two things, notify them that they've been accepted, but also a package is on the way.

So anytime we want to create an automation for CRMs, we'll go into outreach.

CRM Automation, Click New Automation.

We'll call this, for example Shift.

Always select CRM creators and DMs since we're reaching out to that base and we're sending them a dm.

And there are some templates here that's easily going to apply anything, out of these four that we want to select, but essentially we'll go to add condition, look for what we're trying to include such as sample request, status shipped and then go to next.

And essentially right here it's showing us everybody in this stage currently, but everybody in the future who falls into this category will automatically be sent this message that we set up.

So we'll do plain message.

And now I can share, for example, exciting news, your sample has just been shipped out.

Be on the lookout in the next two or three days for it to be delivered.

But also this is where I can then include include my creator brief to share and educate with the creator the second that they see this message.

So while it's in transit, they know exactly what to create by the time it gets delivered.

And there are going to be more videos on the creation of creator briefs, but essentially it'll be found in content creator briefs.

And once you're finished creating your messaging, you'll go ahead and click finish.

And then when we're ready to send out and start sending those messages, simply press on the actions the play button and they'll be starting to send out anytime somebody falls into that stage.

And of course anyone who is currently in that stage in transit at the moment.

In addition to the shipped CRM automation, there are many more that you can create.

Basically any condition of an affiliate that you can think of, you can create a group and then reach out to and send a message.

So for example, if we want to go in and create a group, we'll go to affiliate CRM groups.

And for example I want to reach out to inactive creators with sales.

So something that you could do is days since last post, maybe it's 45 days and then I add in the condition unit sold, for example, one or maybe it's five.

Right now I want to go ahead and send out a message to these people.

And the way to do this would be create the group, right?

Go back into Automations, CRM Automation, New Automations.

We'll call this Inactive Creators.

Go and do CRM Creators dm.

select an existing group and we just created that group and now we can reach directly out to these creators, send them a message, incentivize them, try and get them active again.

You can also make automation, for example content unfulfilled, seven days.

We set content unfulfilled and select the minimum amount of days this will send to them if it's been delivered.

But they have not yet posted in this amount of days.

So then we could add a messaging, just a friendly reminder, try and get that post rate to be increased.

You could do the same thing with anything that you think of.

So get creative with this.

Send a shipped message out, Send an overdue message out.

Send a posted message out, whatever you wish.
