Okay, I'm going to show you how you can change your payment information.

You can either add a card or replace a card.

So the first thing we need to do is go to the Crumb Dashboard because everything to do with payments and membership, is done in the dashboard, not in the mobile app.

So you'll need to either use your phone or a laptop.

In my case I'm using a laptop with Firefox.

I've gone to Crumb dot Pet and I'm going to come up here and click on Dashboard and that is going to log me right in.

If you're not logged in, it'll prompt you to send a verification code.

we are going to go to the left here to where it says my services.

Click that and then navigate to the tab.

here near the top it says payment methods.

And you can see I've got a card here.

I'm going to be blurring this out, but I've got one card on the file and I'm going to add a new card.

So I'm going to click add new card and I will quickly do this and blur it out.

Okay, once you type everything in, you're going to click on save card and There it is.

Okay, so now we see that the card up here at the top is still the default payment method.

And any cards listed below here, will be additional payment methods.

If I want to make this card the default, all I have to do is come over here and click set as default.

And those two should switch places.

And now if I want to delete, the old card, all I have to do is check the box next to the card I want to delete and then click on this trash can icon here.

So first thing I'm going to do is open up my browser of choice.

do use Safari, whatever you use.

And we're going to type in Crumb dot Pet.

And that's going to take us to the homepage of Crumb from, there.

Click on the top right, and we're going to click on Dashboard.

And that's going to log me in right away.

If you're not already signed in, it'll prompt you to send a verification code like the first time you signed up.

Then I'm going to go to the top right with the three lines and then go down here to, My Services.

Click that and click on payment methods.

And here you can see I've got two payment methods on the account because I added the one just a moment ago.

You would just click on the plus icon here and punch in your details here.

And then when you're done, hit Save Card.

here, if you want to set a card as default, you can click this button here and they'll switch places.

And if you want to delete a payment, you can select it and click on the Trash can icon that says delete.

As you can see, it's really easy to update your payment information.
