Introducing Library: Manage and Collaborate on Content 📚

Hey, it's Ethan from Gauge.

I'm going to be walking through our latest release, Library.

Library gets rid of our existing audit and content features and replaces it with a seamless pane, of glass on your existing content.

here I've got our entire SiteMap linked from Webflow, and these are the individual directories that we have on our site.

Clicking into resources here, we can see all of the published posts that we have with their impressions, clicks, AI traffic, citation rate, all the important metrics we're tracking on Gauge from our integrations in one place.

If I want to edit any of these pages, instead of going to ask Gage and trying to get it to edit the page, I can now just click Open and this will take me to an editor, in Ask Gage where I can edit the piece or ask specific questions for Gauge to edit the piece for me.

Now, Library isn't just about reviewing your existing content or the content you've created in Gauge.

It also allows you to create new content.

I can click Start Fresh here to kick off that new piece of content.

One other thing we focused on with Library was collaboration.

Before content was created in that Gauge, and then you could view it in the content section.

but now with Calendar, you can see all of the things your team is working on and planning to work on.

these are some of the articles we have teed up for our Gauge team to write, over the next two weeks.

and this is created in our content calendar here.

we think content calendars are the way that content teams collaborate and so this makes sense for us to include directly in the platform.

and yeah, this is the new feature.

We're really excited to hear some feedback from customers on how they like it.

We thought this was a nice single plan of class view on how your content is performing.

And, that was, kind of the impetus behind this feature.
