I'm going to show you how to transfer shops between Cruva accounts.

It will require participation from both the sender and receiver accounts.

We'll start on the sender's account, which is the account that currently owns the stores and is going to send them away.

They'll navigate to the My Shops page by clicking down here and then click Manage Stores and then you'll click Transfer Shops to another account.

Then you're going to select which shops you'd like to transfer.

So maybe just this one or maybe both of them.

Then you'll click Initiate Transfer.

and this is going to just confirm, hey, these are the shops you're about to transfer.

and as far as this message, what it's saying is that the billing is not going to transfer.

Meaning, if you're currently paying for the subscription on the sender account, that billing subscription will not move to the new account.

So after this process is done, make sure to cancel the billing plan on the sender account.

Then you'll click Next and then you're going to enter the email of the account that you're sending the shops to.

So obviously there will need to be communication between the sender and the receiver.

And the receiver will say, here's my email.

Now this must already be an existing Cruva account, of course.

and then you'll click Next.

And, before that sends the brands, you'll need to confirm, your email with a code.

So once you've confirmed your email, obviously this is a, irreversible action.

Well, the shops can be transferred back, but please make sure, that you know who you're transferring the brands to and that you're very intentional.

And then you'll click Confirm Transfer.

Now this isn't going to, send the brands right away.

So as you'll notice, they're still here on this page.

now we're going to navigate to the receiver account.

Okay, so now we are on the receiver account, as you can see here, receiverruva.com and they'll also navigate to the My Shops page here by clicking Manage Stores.

And they'll see this shop transfer request.

They're also going to receive a confirmation email like, hey, you just received a shop transfer request.

Navigate to the My Shops page, click this.

And then you'll see from this email they are requesting that these two shops be transferred to you.

as the receiver, you'll click Accept.

And now the brands are under your Cruva account.

Remember, the billing plans did not transfer, so you will now need to go here and then billing and plans to manage billing so that you can activate these stores on your account separately.
