Today I wanted to tell you how EI helped to solve one of the toughest problems of my business.

Something I've been struggling with for, months.

Couldn't solve it.

You know, there is a lot of hype about AI and a lot of people build stuff, right?

they try things.

But also, on the other hand, I see a lot of skepticism about ei.

Some people try it, they don't get impressive results, and then they give up.

So I wanted to show my example, as an inspiration maybe, as an example for you what can be done with ei.

But before, let me explain a little bit of the problem for you to appreciate the context and the difficulty.

Okay?

So, you know, I have a business, coaching business, okay?

So I coach MBB consultants and I help them to achieve high performance.

And the biggest challenge for me is client engagement.

Okay?

So what usually happens is clients, join my program and they don't do required activities, required actions to achieve high performance.

There is a combination of, learning videos and the exercises is actually an important vehicle for people to learn important skills.

And it's understandable, right?

I've been there myself.

consultants are so busy.

Time is the biggest, constraint is a scarce resource for consultants.

Sometimes they, they don't have time to sleep, let alone do extracurricular activities, right?

Like learning.

But for me, that was, a big problem for my business.

It was basically endangering my business because if clients are not engaged, if they invest into their learning and join my program, but they don't get the impact, in the long term, that's not sustainable for my business.

So I was really worried about it.

For months and months I tried to solve this problem.

And I tried many things.

Okay?

I would send email notifications, I would send, WhatsApp.

Not just.

I would, try to jump on a call and explaining that it's important to learn in this job.

You cannot win if you, if you just try to brute force, you just try to work really hard.

Only through learning, only through acquiring skills and doing things better, you can, you can win at this job, right?

So I tried to do all of these things.

also I streamlined the process, I streamlined the learning curriculum, I streamlined the exercise.

So all of that helped to some extent, but the problem persisted.

Okay?

So, and at some point I got stuck, right?

I didn't know what to do.

there was like, a real structural problem for this, for this segment.

And then in March, of this year, I started to using cloud code.

And then I remembered my Old times.

When I was actually in my background, I used to be a software developer.

So I used to actually write code.

So I started, wipe code and trying different things and then one thing after another.

eventually I developed a suit of interactive exercises that help consultants to practice their skills in the bite sized format.

What it means practically is that even if consultants have, let's say 30 minutes, 60 minutes of time per day, they can do some exercises, they can learn important skills and then they get immediate feedback and immediate result.

Basically what I did is I built a mental gym, right?

So people come to my mental gym, they do exercises, they become stronger, they build muscles, right?

Muscles in terms of consulting toolkit.

And then over time if they do the exercises consistently, they become stronger.

And you know, it worked, it worked, it worked amazingly.

Now in recent weeks, I track the engagement.

It's off the roof, okay?

So people, people come back, people do the exercises, they, they like it, they share positive feedback.

And then even the old clients who, with whom I work, let's say a year ago, who already graduated from my program, who already achieved incredible success, who already got promotion, they still come back and then they still find value in doing these exercises, even if they are advanced consultants already, right?

So they still have things to learn in the program.

So that for me was a big breakthrough and I wanted to share this with you because I wanted to see how AI actually solving real business problems for you to understand actually how it works and how it looks.

Let me give you a sneak peek into my program and show how it actually works in real practice.

So here we start with the client's journey page.

this is the real client page.

basically this is one of the most decorated, most accomplished consultant, in my program.

So what you can see is like there's some, some profile, information about that consultant.

So this one is, this one is already quite generate, working quite a lot.

But despite that being tenured and already know quite a lot and being extremely successful.

So this one is actually high performing, successful consultant.

this, this person still do, does a lot of work.

And then you can see that the journey of that person, starts when boarding.

So rapid exercises.

This is what I, I mean by interactive, exercises.

So this is a suit of exercises that you can do at any point of time.

And then you can see their stats.

On the ex in top down, he completed the exercise, got 84.

He is actually the holder of the best score.

That's why it's highlighted as orange.

and then there Are different skills, right?

Top down communication, formatting, analytical structuring, diagnosis, issue analysis and all of that.

Right.

So, so what we can see here is we can see a leaderboard and then basically who is doing what.

And then you see there is like a lot of access, a lot of consultants.

There is a very big long tail of consultants doing exercises.

also you can see what I see as an administrator.

So this is this is I see the engagement of people, how many exercises they do, what scores they get on average consult one.

Consultants get around 20, 30, sometimes 40 reps exercises.

So that's a significant boost to their learning.

And you also can see that people have different patterns.

Some people like to try everything and do a little bit and everything.

Some people like to focus on certain skills that is important for them.

For example you see the first one, the CM is a communication basically top down communication.

And a lot of people actually develop that because that's important for them.

And so that's an engagement.

That's basically people do these exercises quite frequently and quite a lot.

Let's see how top down communication work.

so you start there is some theory about top down communication, what the pyramid principle, how to do it, what different scenarios, different scenarios that you practice.

So we have so elevator update to a partner steering committee, storyline, email review, difficult audience pushback, the fans.

So basically there are different situations that you find yourself when you need to use top down communication.

And then you start the exercise.

Right, so this is how it looks.

basically you have a scenario.

Let's say you are an associate at McKinsey.

Your team recommends cutting 30% of SKUs to save 5.4 million USD.

Your EM warns you the VP of Sales protects every product line.

Prepare your defense.

So basically this scenario is when you are stepping into a meeting with the client who will object on your suggestion recommendation you need to think in advance what that person will kind of what that person will object on.

Right?

And then you need to prepare your counter to that objection.

And then there is some context is given and then you prepare some answer to that.

Right?

So let's say you write objection.

So let's say it will reduce revenue.

Okay, so I will write some bogus answer but in real practice please don't do it just to show the reaction of EI to that and then you submit your answer.

So obviously it gets very low score and then it says you correctly identify that revenue loss would be a key concern for the vp.

But then it gives you proper feedback.

Your response is incomplete.

You only identified one part of the likely objection, but miss the customer alienation concern, etc.

So you can read that and then you can read the best answer, answer how it actually should have been written in the best way.

And then it also gives you what, what are the critical, what are the key principle that we are trying to to teach you here?

Okay, so that's how it works in practice.

And then you do it many scenarios again and again.

And then if you do them enough, you actually really rewire your brain to speak in a, to write and speak in a top down way.

So these are different things you can do depending on your needs and depending on your priorities in your learning.

And that's how you improve.
